The staff was very helpful and brought me a selection of size 2 shoes that they had in stock. Even though none of the shoes were the perfect fit, I walked out with 3 new sale handbags! I liked how the lady replaced the display bags with new models where possible. And I got a complimentary bottle of water! :-)

I had an amazing experience, the staff were so nice and friendly. i was shown many shoes and i fell in love with my new pairs because i was advised too by this lovely staff member, i think her name was Chelan. She was so helpful and enthusiastic! thank you for this experience, i’ll be back x

Nice store with friendly staff. Love Dune :) affordable and good quality. The only issue I had that they gave me only a copy of the receipt and forgot about the VAT form so I couldn't get money back at the airport.

Must say, I had a pair of shoes, had an issue with them and they did a swap with a different pair no problem. It’s been over 3 months and they honoured it. Very respectable staff and I genuinely didn’t expect anything to be done. Really grateful for this.
