Glorious shoes. The staff are always friendly on Carnaby St. One gentleman today was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I bought my wedding shoes online and when they arrived they were too big . I took them to the Brighton shop for an exchange for a different size but they didn’t have any in stock . But the lady did contact the shop in London who had said that they had my size . I rang the store in London and bought the same pair in the next size down the lady was very helpful And could not do enough for me and she even said that they would be delivered On Thursday 5th August . My wife absolutely adores IC shoes and we visit here when ever in London. I must admit to being quite blown away the the variety and the elegance of the shoes in store. Definitely worth a visit for any shoe lover.

If you want quirky and unusual shoes this is the place to go. The shop is bright with shoes arranged on shelves around the edges. The staff all wear IC shoes so you can see them in action and they're happy for you to try things on. They are also OK about you taking photos of the shop, shoes or yourself if you want! These shoes aren't cheap but a lot of work goes into each pair and if you want your footwear to be talked about get a pair!

What can I say about this shop! I get dragged here every six months by my good lady, they have a fantastic selection of shoes, some of those designs are absolutely immense, my wife has an addiction and a collection of wonderfully colourful shoes, they even do shoes for men, which if I was a shoe person I would definitely partake in owning a pair or two myself. Be prepared to spend some money though especially if you have a wife like mine who loves ic shoes, but as they say, happy wife, happy life.

Mecca of all shoe shops. Unfortunately introduced to IC shoes a few years ago so my collection (addiction) grows steadily. Not the most comfortable of shoes but who cares when they are so beautiful. I love them and was wonderful to go to the shop rather than just buy on line. Like being in an adult wonderland.

I have to admit that I've bought a pair of blue fluffy boots from here and worn them only once, but I still love the shop. The shoes are variously mad, beautiful and works of art, and I alwasy want to buy at least three pairs. It's a very fun place, and I've never come under any pressure to buy. And when I do buy, even the shoe box is eye catching. They do have some great designs that seem to be there all year round, but at the same time, lots of seasonal styles that change and make things exciting. A must to visit if you are around Oxford street.

The shoes are amazing, and this is not a store for the faint hearted! A wonderful homage to the quirky, this store never disappoints. Nothing is too much trouble, and any time I've apologised for sending a member of staff down to the stockroom to get yet another pair of shoes in my size, I've been encouraged to try on more. Shoe shopping anywhere else is boring after the Irregular Choice experience!

If you find shoe shopping boring the antidote may well be Irregular Choice. I've never been in a shoe store with such a great vibe where shoppers were actually ooh-ing and aah-ing out loud at the fantastic and fantastical footwear for adults and children. If you fancy a fairytale castle on your boots, or a gnome holding up your high-heeled shoes, a pom-pom decorated bag, sequined trainers or rainbow- coloured loafers, then this is the place for you. Each product is a work of art and the brightly-coloured range includes Disney and other film favourites which had shoppers giggling in delight and pointing out their favourites to their friends. There are more subtle designs too - but all have been created with a quirky touch that will bring a smile to your face and put a spring in your step. The staff are super-friendly too!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! Oh my goodness, this is the mecca of the footwear world! If you love the unusual, with bling, colour, applique, sparkle, etc, etc you've found heaven here. Designs sometimes include Alice in Wonderland themed highest of high heels...the heels actually made from a mini Alice model. A snow globe in a heel. Boots and even children's and a few men's designs too. L O V E this place!❤

This place has lots of absoloutly stunning shoes. They're really out there and not cheap but if you're looking for something magical this place has lots of it! This store has been such an extreme privilege to enjoy that I have made detours to my trips (from Canada, to wherever) to purchase ,what I refer to as, investment shoes. As an example of their quality, I’ve had a pair of these shoes for over 16 years and they are holding strong. As for the particular location (Carnaby), I had ensured provisions ( north american sweets) for one of my favourite retail workers (Justine), upon learning that she had moved on from Irregular to University, her (now former) coworker generously offered to pass on the sweets. While I have (much to my chagrin) forgotten his beautiful name, I sincerely hope his management will appreciate his kindness that is an example of why I will divert international flights for your quality of product and more importantly, quality of customer service.

No other shoe shop effects me this way. It is almost indescribable. I think it may be love. The euphoria, the smiles that cascade from my soul, the lightness of heart. I do wonder if there is something in the air con. It is like entering Aladin's Cave. I don't know what treasure to look at first. As an infrequent visitor to London I had to visit and my determination to only buy one pair melted into the purchase of three with the use of some twisted crazy female logic. Will be wearing my shoes constantly to wear them out so I can go back to repeat the shopping experience.

Everytime I have been to the store the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Even more so when I took my 3 nieces for the Star Wars launch, they went above and beyond handing out treats and chatting to them. I have bought one, relatively sane by Irregular Choice standards, pair of shoes from here. They're blue floral fabric print with a super cute shiny blue heel and an epicly sweet bow which covers most of the foot...Basically you can't wear them and not have people mention them! They're a purveyor of statement shoes, not blend into the wallpaper shoes. And as I said, those are tame by IC standards! I've always been a little tempted by the shoes that light-up when you walk because I had a similar pair of trainers when I was a little thing...Your inner child will delight in this shop! Always worth popping in to see what they've come up with next.

Irregular Choice are the home of conversation piece shoes. I have never worn a pair but I have noticed them, conversed with their owners and know that although they are pretty, they are not comfortable. Like Ronseal, Irregular Choice do "what they say on the tin" providing irregular shoes to ladies who love to impress. If they were called Comfortable Choice you could grumble about their shoes but thankfully for the aesthetes amongst us that is not the case.
