Despite an initial misunderstanding with the store manager, the service was excellent. Not only did he advise me on how to take extra care of my shoes, he actually went on to polish the pair I was wearing. Great initiative. A store I will be certainly returning to.

Great Customer Service!!!👍, visited the old broad street store today searching for a pair of shoes which I have trouble buying after having numerous operations on, and a lovely girl with amazing long hair went out her way to show me the best options, she had advised me on the best leather to go for and also was very honest about what shoes wouldn’t work which was appreciated, didn’t just want a sale and actually catered to my needs (rare to find honesty in retail) walked out with a great pair of work shoes that have given me nothing but comfort so fair...Thanks you to her, will defo be returning for all me shoes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sophie who served me (and has done in the past) is the most helpful and friendly person I have ever dealt with in a high street shop - nothing is too much trouble, she searched high and low for the replacement bootlaces I needed and in the end offered me a free set from her spares box - that is service!
