Stunning refurbished store. Been so long since are last vist. During the lock down we had been buying online. Very good but not the same experience as comeing to the store and seeing the goods. And the sales team. The sales team were so attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately I forgotten the name of are lovely lady that dealt with us but all I can say is that she was brilliant. She took her time in helping my wife in choosing the handbag. She brought out many designs. After we had chosen the handbag. The sales advisor invited us for a vip tour of the designs upstairs which were truly amazing and very tempting. All in all a very good customer experience. And truly look forward to going back to this store again. We travel the world and go to the Louis vutton stores in tawain. Singapore. Hong Kong. And America. But this is the store for us. Just love the service without the hard sell. Thanks geoff.

“Busaina A” was a delightful sales attendant At Louis Vuitton, Selfridges. There was a specific LV item that I needed adjusting …. I was told it could take up to 14 days. Busaina was able to sort the issue out within a matter of a few hours ! Candy really gave me a magic shopping time, I strongly recommend you go to the third floor to find Candy and enjoy her considerate service. I'm not treated as coldly as most people cuz Candy is very warm and interesting. As long as I want to buy LV products, I will continue to enjoy her service : ) luv ya Candy!

By far the best and most extensive selection of LV items that I've seen anywhere. Plus, the on onsite VAT refund at Selfridges (gave me cash!) is wonderfully convenient for travelers like me. As expected: personalized and accommodating guest service.

I was served by the lovely Lucy C who had come over to the Selfridges store for the day from Heathrow’s T4. She was fantastic! Other than having a great name she was so attentive and her customer service skills were incredible! A real asset to the LV company. I’ve been judged on my appearance before when I’ve gone into designer stores so I was very nervous and anxious about going into LV but Lucy was great. And so we’re the other ladies I encountered on my visit. I’m excited to visit again until the furture! Either at Selfridges or hopefully, fingers crossed, at Heathrow!

There was a little queue leading up to the LV section in store but staff directed us with a welcome manner and checked on my item via their iPads while we waited, pre speaking to an allocated assistant. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they had the Nano Noe in stock which I have been after for almost a year and they actually had four in stock! We was directed to Ying and she was very friendly and accommodating, bringing out my dream bag to purchase. I also asked about a few other designs that I am interested in which she happily checked stock for me. All in all, a very pleasant visit and happy with the service!

I found the service in this store better than in other LV stores. I prefer asking for an item on the 2nd floor where the shoes and clothes section is, I think the staff is probably more customer focused over there. On the ground floor i find it very busy and overwhelming as the area is quite open for everyone to come/pass/ or leave Selfridges. I can imagine the service on the ground floor where the bags are can be not the best to expect unfortunately, also think its better to have some space when choosing the bag, however in that section is always super busy and full of people, slightly inconvenient.

A good LV alternative to the main store on Bond Street! They have quite a variety of products but obviously not as much as their flagship store. Staff are helpful as always with anything I’m interested in. :)

I have to say, the service at this store has been nothing short of sensational. Had an issue with a broken belt, and in the middle of COVID-19 they fixed this in under a week and made it look new again all free of charge. The service is second to none, and is highly recommend! Thank you LV!

SA's here are absolutely spot on. They take time with their customers, carry a great selection of bags as you would expect with Selfridges concession...only slight criticism is the time it can occasionally take to get a bag up from the stock room....even if they are good with the hospitality whilst the customer is waiting.

Staff here are very hard working, i've read the reviews and they're a complete joke. I shop in LV often and i'm now VIP. I have all my friends and family shop here. There are a lot of Chinese people claiming to buy gifts for their mothers or sisters, but they are re-sellers working for an agency using Harrods American express cards and Selfridges gift cards to buy items. They want to buy everything, so locals and other visitors can't buy anything.(SOLD OUT) They even use other peoples passports and other peoples credit cards. They have a list on their phone with pictures of items of value to be re-sold. When you're waiting in the que you over hear and see a lot of things, but they complain, they need to understand, it's 2019 you don't have to be chinese to UNDERSTAND the chinese language....These are probably angry re-sellers in the reviews.

I had a wonderful experience at LV Selfridges. The lady with the red scarf who took my name was very attentive and kept me abreast of how many people were in the que in front of me. I was served within 10mins. Alexandra was assigned to me and she was fabulous. She got me a glass of water and patiently brought bag after bag for me to consider. I left very happy with my Porchette Metis and an Alma BB. Well done LV! This is in contrast to the very poor service at LV Knightsbridge when I visited on Dec 24. The lady who scheduled the service was unfriendly. She gave me a haughty glance, told me the wait is at least 45min and then totally ignored me. I left after standing around for 15min. LV, please send her for customer service training. Alex should be her role model.

Nadia and her crew helped with our purchases at this Louis Vuitton location. Service was efficient and quick with no presumptuous attitude that sometimes can be found in high end stores. Kept her word in holding a bag my wife was debating to get or not, which she decided to get. Would definitley come back whenever i may find myself in the UK again.

Super busy store with alot of tourist. The staff tries thier best to minimize the wait, but it is almost always a long wait. Once attended to, the staff are super friendly and the store is well stocked cause they resupply daily.

Went to two Louis Vuitton stores and they were filled with arrogant and unhelpful staff, so started the day with already a negative view on the LV’s in London. Arrived at selfridges on Sunday evening at 6:01 and the staff were insisting that they could not process on the tills as it is after closing time. Weihong could see from a far how distressed I was and came over and helped regardless which the other staff were surprised about. He delivered outstanding customer service and was very helpful and friendly and insisted even if it was after his shift he wanted to still make it special so he insisted he gift wrapped it. It was a last minute birthday gift and thanks to him my girlfriend loves it! Will be shopping at this location more often!

It is true that you have to wait a very long time for service in this store, but to be fair it is a busy branch and at least the staff are helpful. The Selfridges store puts the New Bond Street flagSHIT store to shame. I had a faulty product and the team at Selfridges were amazing! All 5 members of staff! Thank you very much.
