A. A.Paid 120 for what I thought would be a like for like resole (shoe originally had Goodyear welted dainite sole) however boot has come back with new dainite sole simply glued on. Not what I was hoping for though what I should probably have expected.

B. B.Excellent customer service. The owner of the shop is loveley and assisted me today with cutting my keys. Having enquired about the price to cut my key at another shop and being told twice as much, the prices here are reasonable and the owner was patient with me whilst i figured out which keys I needed duplicating. Would definitely use again in the future.

t.Brilliantly done resole and heel, have had a few different cobblers and always have issues with resole peeling up. so this was a great job on my Chelsea boots. little bit pricey but happy to pay for this repair.
E. A.I only needed a couple of extra holes punched into the straps of some sandals, but the gentleman at the counter was very obliging. He very patiently waited while I tried and retried the sandals and after making the necessary adjustments, didn't charge me anything.
I know punching holes into sandals isn't a big job and maybe most places wouldn't charge for it, but I really appreciated the great service I received and would recommend this place purely based on that!
S. O.I popped in asking to reheel my boots and seeing what could be done to another irreversibly scuffed boot. They reheeled my boots excellently for a very reasonable price and then did a great job at getting my other boot presentable and weren't even going to charge me. Lovely, trustworthy people doing a great job. I'm thrilled to have them nearby.
P. H.If you invest in your shoes with a view to making sure they last several years, there is nothing worse than getting the soles repaired and having the repairer spoil the shape. I have used Master Cobbler for the past 2 years and they are excellent. Shoes come back with their original shape preserved, the quality of the job is excellent and the service first rate. A great local service. My wife uses them for her shoes and she is equally pleased.
