Great service all round. I had them add a leather sole with transparent film to my Chanel boots. They did it so well. The customer service is fantastic and the turn around was very quick. So impressed with the service.

A first class service and repair! I am so pleased with the excellent repair job the Shoe Spa did for me. My puppy chewed through a zip on a pair of my favourite boots which made one boot unwearable. The new zip is identical to the one they replaced and it's impossible to tell which boot has had the repair. The service team are super-responsive to email and very efficient. It was well worth the money it cost me, as these boots will last me a long time. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Shoe Spa!

I've just picked up my Alexander McQueen trainers and I'm more than happy with the end result! I've only asked for the basic cleaning outside, as they are still fine and they don't need the full restoration yet. Had a bag and a pair of shoes repaired. I was worried that the shoes especially were beyond repair, but they've come back great - I can get many many more years of wear from them now. The work they've done to repair my items is meticulous, and although its expensive, its well worth it, and less than the cost of replacing things. Especially if you have items of sentimental value that are not replaceable. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I brought a pair of Cole Haan 2.0 blue Zerogrand shoes into the ShoeSPA store in Caledonian Road. I chose the Shoe Renovation for £49 as the nubuck leather was tired and wrinkled. The Caledonian Road store is modern and the service efficient without being overly friendly. A form is filled outlining the details of the shoes and any existing imperfections or markings. I was told in a month a text message would be sent once the shoes were ready. One month for a deep clean (as opposed to a repair job which would be more understandable) of shoes seems excessive and unfortunately builds an unrealistic expectation around the results. With that said, spot on thirty days I recieved a text message asking me to pick up the shoes. The stores' opening hours during the weekend could be improved as it is closed on Sundays and is only open until four on Saturday. An area of improvement for the owners to consider. However I am sure the hours adapt to the feedback and needs of customers. When picking up the shoes the attendant was friendly and helpful. The shoes looked envigorated and the white rubber like new. The only slight issue was the shoe laces had red marking probably appearing due to the cleaning process. The reality is that nubuck given its napped, velvet-like surface ages better for bags than shoes. Would I recommend the £49 Shoe Renovation? Not for nubuck shoes. However I could see how it could be more effective for other materials. I will bring my leather jacket next as it needs a bit of TLC.

I have my shoes made for me for medical reasons, but I needed a lovely pair to go with my beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding. This company were amazing they restored and changed the colour for me on my hand made shoes from cream to rose gold. They worked so hard and I know they are under pressure due to Covid, but they returned them very quickly. They were professional, responsive and efficient. Their workmanship is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I am so glad I found this company, and would thoroughly recommend them.

I was very nervous sending my precious shoes to the shoe spa as I didn’t know anyone who had used the service. I was also confused initially because they said it takes 4 weeks when my local cobbler can do it in 24 hours. HOWEVER, the difference between what they do at the shoe spa and my local cobbler is incomparable! The shoe spa did an incredible job resoling my shoes and I also sent them a pair of Gucci sandals and asked them to put a sole on it and it looks BEAUTIFUL, you can’t notice the rubber sole at all because they have matched the rubber with the colour of the shoe. I would say that it did take much longer than expected 6 weeks not 4 so perhaps when sending the shoes in don’t expect them quickly. All in all I would highly recommend them!

Very well done with the repair on my beloved suede boots. I have them for a very long time but I'm not ready to part with them. The complete restoration project undertaken by Shoe Spa in London exceeded my expectations too be honest. I contacted shoe spa to see if they could help. I needed a pair of white, patent, louboutin boots repairing. I had scuffed the leather both on the boots and heals. They said they could and sent a price list, which I think is very reasonably priced, and details of how to book a courier as I live in the North. The courier came on the same day as I booked and they received them the day after. I was a little nervous as they were expensive and patent is tricky to restore, especially white! I’m over the moon with the results as they are like new. They were easy to contact during the time they had my boots and I have no hesitation in using them again in the future for my much loved designer shoes and boots. Thank you shoe spa and your team

EDIT: After posting my review, I was contacted by a member of the team who very quickly offered to redo my shoes free of cost. Whilst it took some time to complete the restoration, they look almost like the day I bought them. This was the quality I was expecting from the company the first time, but they definitely delivered the second time around. The difference is really day and night. I am upping my score from 3 stars to four stars. The only reasons I can't give them 5 stars is due to them falling on their promise of quality the first time around. This being said, seeing the quality the second time around, I can definitely recommend. I sent a pair of Saint Laurent shoes to Shoespa for a full restoration. They have done a decent job of it, the paint looks fresh, the leather looks more supple and the shoe overall does look newer. However, there were a few things that I am disappointed with. At the shop they said my laces would be cleaned, however, they clearly haven’t. The paint has caked up a little between the uppers and the midsoles which makes it look a bit tacky. Finally I left the shoes touching over night and part of the paint literally ripped off into the other shoe. If these few QC issues were sorted out I could definitely recommend taking your shoes here

These guys are highly skilled artisans of the highest order. They have fixed a worn leather designer backpack of mine with such attention to detail that no one, not even I, would know it's over 20 years old! My shoes needed new rubber soles. They not only repaired them but cleaned them such that they looked new. Run - don't walk - to this high tech shop. In addition to the high quality of their work, they are very kind and decent. Prices are reasonable for level and quality of work. I am really looking around to bring more items to Shoe Spa!

These guys do great work. Full stop. They are generous with their time, not charging for minor 1 or 2minute work; they treat everyone who comes in kindly; and of course the work they do is spectacular! These guys literally resurrected my favourite shoes, a pair of Gucci in Bordeaux. I've had them for nearly ten years and have worn them in all kinds of conditions literally all over the world. They still fetch compliments on a regular basis; the sole - no pun intended – the problem it was a little cracking around the crease by the toe. I carried them to an outlet I visit the most, only to be told "Really sorry but nothing can be done...these shoes are gone, I wouldn't spend another sterling on them." The proverbial death pronouncement; and really convincing, I was “this” close to throwing them out and buying a new pair. Luckily, however, I am a person who likes an (at least) second opinion. I came across Shoe Spa (thank you google) and headed for their shop on Caledonian Road. I was prepared for yet another “DOA” verdict but this lady actually did more than just look at my shoes before reaching a conclusion. She made a reasonable suggestion (filling in the crack with some kind of paste) but didn't make any miraculous promises. I paid the full amount (you can pay a deposit) and agreed to return in some time. I wasn't sure what to expect and still toyed with the idea of replacing y favourite shoes in the back of my mind. Then she brought them out. If it weren't for a few distinguishing characteristics, I wouldn't have recognised my own shoes! Not only did Shoe Spa manage to fill in and conceal the crack, they even changed the heels and cleaned them over! They look better than ever; I may well get another ten years out of them... Needless to say, Shoe Spa will be handling my shoes exclusively from now on.

It’s hard to describe in words how skilled they are. Just discovered this place the other day when I needed to get a pair of shoes heeled properly before an important event; I had no clue that it was in the building so close to my office! They usually close at 6 PM, but I gave them a ring and they stayed open so I could make it in. Fantastic work! I have a favourite pair of shoes that I'd worn into the ground over three years. The heels were severely worn down, but they restored nearly half an inch of the heel as well as replacing the heel sole. They have restored the outer part of the shoes as well and said I'd get another 2 years out of them, and I believe it!

While it’s quite a trek for me from Richmond, I do so because I trust the quality of their work. They did an excellent job of protecting my Valentino stud heels and my Jimmy Choo black flats. I do recommend it if you’re looking to prolong the life of your nice shoes!

I have just taken delivery of three pairs of refurbished shoes and three pairs of boots. Most of them are like new and even my really old Mui Mui shoes that probably should have been binned years ago have now got a new lease of life. These are about 10 years old and much loved so very well worn. They really were tattered and the ankle strap was cut. They look great now, like they would have done after a season's wear. I had placed this big order after getting great results from a pair of boots that I had damaged and found they were as new when returned. My expectations had been low after having previously been very disappointed with a company that had claimed to be able to restore a handbag. I cannot recommend Shoe Spa highly enough and would never have believed the results they have achieved were possible.

I bought a pair of sun damaged Manolo Blahnik shoes and sent then off to ShoeSpa to see if they could do anything; another company I contacted wouldnt touch them as they are suede and I was told that dying or restoring was impossible - not for ShoeSpa! they advised me of the possibilities before I sent the shoes off, using photos of the footwear so they could guage the sun damage. They made some suggestion, and I sent the shoes off. Paul contacted me to advise me of his thought process and advised that the technicians would try to restore if possible rather than re-dying, but if this failed, then they would dye the shoes and advised me of the best colour. The final result is that they managed to restore the shoes to almost perfect! So I can now wear my first and only pair of designer shoes! Am so pleased with the care they took and all the help and assistance I was given. Won't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend their services.

I’ve had a number of shoes and bags dyed, and for the most part the results are amazing. I found a knackered old Mulberry leather bag at a vintage shop. It now looks brand new with new zips and a shiny finish! All materials and leathers are different, so the process can be tricky, but they’re very accommodating to try alternative techniques if at first the results aren’t quite what one would expect. Excellent service. They absolutely transformed a cream leather jacket that was well past it’s sell by date. The jacket looks brand new now - it even smells brand new! All the stains were removed (and there were lots, including general discolouration because it was so light). I was so very pleased and surprised by what Shoe Spa accomplished, and just with an extensive clean. I had somehow got ink marks on mu cream Chloe boots. On advice obtained form google I tried nail polish remover and made it so much worse--they ended up with grey splodges. I had sent them in the hope that dying might just work but was advised that deep cleaning was sufficient. They arrived back looking like new! So new that my husband thought I had replaced them. Shoe Spa will be my go to place in the future, even for basic repairs. They really do pay attention to detail and have very high standards that just are not available on the high street.

I have been to many cobblers within the Northern and Central London. That's because I have been dissatisfied with previous work done on my very expensive shoes. I have finally found shoe experts who know their craft and practice it with ultimate precision. Love them!

The only reason I am not giving the Shoe Spa five stars, is that the repairs and cleaning required on my Son's Trainers (two pairs) took two weeks' longer than estimated. Since those services are outsourced from the Customer Centre, however, some delay should reasonably be expected. Notwithstanding that, the repairs have been carried out to a very high standard and the Trainers have been cleaned meticulously. My Son's Friends took both pairs to be new, in fact! Given that the combined cost of the Trainers wss £260 - and the fact that the particular models/styles are no longer available - I was delighted to pay the reasonable price charged and to see the Trainers "live again". Eryka, the Customer Centre's Manager, explained the process politely and professionally - and kept us informed of developments up tom completion and return. Overall, highly recommended!

I've actually made a real challenge to these guys, to restore a very old LV suitcase and a vintage wallet! They were a bit concerned at the beginning as both items were in a terrible condition but.... a few weeks later both were perfectly restored! Well done! You can still tell these are the old pieces, of course, but they look like they were properly maintained over the years and kept in a perfect condition all the time (which was unfortunately not always the case). Anyway, well done guys, you will surely see me again!

I thought they do only repair and maybe, maybe clean, like most cobblers, but apparently they can offer much more! I brought my Manolo Blahnic heels in a very bad condition, after a night out. They not only cleaned them and repaired the damages, but they also restored the faded colours and scratches and even dyed the soles! My heels are like new, and hopefully will serve me for long.

GOOD IF YOU DON'T MIND FOR THE TIME. I need to be honest about ShoeSpa, they are amazing to restore your old shoes and expensive too, but if you realy want to restore your shoes it is the right place. But I need to be honest again, they take so loooong. When I mean long it is for the restore 3/4 weeks and for cleanning, believe: I have one pair of trainers their (just for cleaning) that are almost 8 weeks! So, I really belive that they are good at what they propose to do, but the time that they need to do the job for me is annoying. So, as I said in the begginig if you don't mind for the time that your shoes will be there you can be sure that your chances to satisfied with their work is enormous.

This is a true shoe lab, i have recently used ShoeSpa services to restore my chanel flats and very very old miu miu high heel suede sandals, which now look like new. They were able to restore the back suede color of the sandals so that the black color looks juicy and fresh, whereas before it looked grey blue as if covered with dust. I highly recommend. I changed insoles and soles, used waterproofing and other restoring services.
