I am very happy with my experience with Superga. I was just waiting for the reopening of the shop. I wanted a new pair of shoes and Elizabeth help me in choosing the right one. I was very pleasantly impressed to find out that I can also ask for a customization. The artist was very kind and drew exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family in Italy.

I went into the store in early January and had the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Elizabeth Valentine could not be more helpful. She normally works at 52 Neal Street and was just amazing.

Great and very patient service, there was only 2 serving when I entered it was busy but manager was superb communicating and even had time to entertain my crying child - Love my shoes too! More service like this needed on the high-steet! 5 stars for this great service I will definitely be returning this time without the crying baby.

Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgable and made some great suggestions - total low pressure... which meant I left with two pairs of shoes rather than just one. First time shopping at Superga but won't be the last!
