J. A.Really excellent service in this store today. Very friendly staff who offered to clean and treat both my old boots that I was wearing when I came in, and the new pair that I bought. Great sale prices too. Will definitely be coming back to buy in store next time I need new boots!
B. H.In May 2021 I bought a pair of Stormbucks dark brown shoes. During the last 2 months a very annoying squeak developed on my left shoe, and everywhere I went I was getting lots of unwanted attention because of a very loud and annoying sound. I tried everything to make it stop but I was unsuccessful.
I decided to walk into the Carnaby store today, where I bought them from, to simply ask for some advice of how do I make the squeaky sound stop.
I was greeted by a cheery guy called Dario, I think that was his name (from Italy 🇮🇹) and he asked me if he could help me with anything.
After explaining to him my problem, he said that the squeak won’t go away no matter what I tried.
I was lucky to find proof of purchase and Dario said the shoes were damaged and therefore I was entitled to receive a new pair.
DARIO was not only enthusiastic and professional, he was also very approachable, patient and eager to help me.
Thank you Dario for your help today. You are an asset to the Timberland store on Carnaby Street.

Trying not to spend too much money, was a task... Massive savings and deals though..
M.Great store, a lot of room, easy to navigate display, very friendly and helpful staff. I went to the Carnaby store to just have a look, as I love the design of Timberland shoes. I felt great atmosphere so decided to try some, the guy who was on the shopfloor asked me if I need any help with sizing. I ended up trying 4 pairs and buying 2. The other guy who worked behind the till was also brilliant. Very rare great customer care experience.

Will the sizes fit.............He knew what was good for me let me try on and model for the Mrs. I was so impressed i purchased 2 and with 10% offered off the sale price this was a wonderful trip and i am a happy customer.
