J. R.Relatively bigger Timberland store compared to other stores in London. Got good selection of Boots and Winter clothes well arranged. Good customer service by Nick and Divya. Where very helpful with the selection of boots and cleared out queries promptly. Above all good Manager who was very helpful.
Unfortunately the lady at the till was very rude. It made our purchase experience a mixed one.
C. T.Went shopping for a new pair of boots. I was served by Anna (store manager). I'm trying hard to remember where I had better customer service. But I can't! She was very knowledgeable about all the products but most importantly incredibly patient. All the time with a big smile on her face. I don't know who needs to hear this, but Anna is your most valuable employee.
A. A.Went into the store around 7pm, was welcomed by really friendly staff. I asked for a specific item that needed a managers approval. Manager came, she was really lovely full of character and realised i was quite desperate for the item and made it happen - bless her. Wish I had asked for both her name and the guy that initially assisted me.. Honestly, she went above and beyond in assisting me. Really appreciate it :). Definitely recommend and would shop there again ;)
s. c.Well laid out shop. Selected pair of hiking shoes but they didn't have my size in stock. They said that they could order my size and post them to me. I agreed but nobody in the shop appeared to know how to order online. I left the shop dissapointed.

The lady that served me offered an exchange to the new pair of same shoes. Left extremely happy with the service and a new pair of boots. During 5 year period have bought 5 pairs of Timberlands from the same store. Will continue to buy.
