I.let's be honest. these shoes are NOT for everyday use. if you're looking for something like that, don't bother.
i got myself some high heel chunky shoes that i've worn 3-4 times. they're pretty, they do the trick, they're stylish and fresh, and they're cheap af.
they hurt the arch of my foot a bit after a couple of hours, but what 15cm heel doesn't? im about to order some mary janes for christmas and i'll update the review!
S. “. H.After reading quite a few negative feedbacks I was a bit scared to order, I asked a friend of which I knew had shoes from Koi Footwear and she assured me they were good.
Just got my shoes and they indeed look great and are true to size.
They are exactly as shown in the picture and described, no spots or stains, 100% new.
Even came with an extra set of laces in a different color (which wasn't mentioned on the site)
Indeed there is a specific smell to them but that's obviously due to the material used for the soles and nothing wrong with it!
For the price I payed they are very neat shoes!
Even arrived quite fast during the Holiday season, right after Christmas (within regular timeframe as promised)
Can't say anything about the durability yet but doesn't look like they would break to be honest...
UPDATE! The shoes are durable, they have since survived many rough nights and still look like new!
I have ordered a second pair from Koi Footwear!
E. J.From the other reviews I genuinely believe this online shop is very hit or miss. I have seen multiple reviews saying the shows were bad quality or they didn’t send a refund slip.
But, in my case, I ordered my shoes last night around 5pm and they came around 9am today. I did pay for next day delivery and it is totally worth paying the extra pound to get next day delivery. The shoes are great quality and they are very lightweight, they also aren’t to narrow. I was expecting to have a few problems because of my sensory issues but I have no problem with them whatsoever. The only con about them is that you can see the stitching a little bit but it is very unnoticeable, and you would have to look closely to see it. I would like to also say I ordered the ‘tira classic Mary Janes.’
From my opinion I would order again.
E. H.Don't normally write reviews but there were so many mixed ones when I was researching this company so thought it was only fair to write one. Ordered a pair of boots in the sale, they arrived next day and were absolutely gorgeous but the lace hook had broken off and was faulty. Sent the boots back and received a full refund without any problems. Ordered the boots again and they arrived in perfect condition. Have had them two months now without a problem and they are still comfy to wear. Think I was just unlucky first time around but had no issues with the return or refund at all, which was one of the main concerns I had when ordering from this company because if previous reviews. Will be ordering from again and do recommend!

H.I got a pair of boots and a pair of sandals which are amazing, lightweight and so comfortable so i thought I can expect the same but unfortunately I purchased a pair of Mary Jean and they gave me blisters literally all over my feet I don't even understand it even hurts to wear while just sitting down. I'm very disappointed because they look so cute.
T. E.I can't, in all honesty say any of the shoes I've ordered have been madly comfortable. They seem to be quite narrow. I had one awful pair that was completely split and just terrible quality but they refunded me quickly enough. I have a couple of really high platform ones that are lovely to look at but again very narrow. Definitely don't get if you are a wide foot.
J.Love my shoes! They had excellent communication for the delivery, and it arrived very fast even though I just chose standard shipping. The shoes are made very well. Look like the picture, lovely design, and they’re very comfortable and fit like a glove.

E. C.Made quite an expensive order and had to return a few items as I had ordered a few pairs to compare and planned on sending some back. I used ASDA returns and the machine did not give me a receipt so I just took a picture of the printed label. Unfortunately, I think my parcel may have got lost because I then didn't hear anything about it for 3 weeks. I emailed customer service expecting them to say there was nothing they could do as I did not have a returns receipt but they replied very quickly, were very friendly and offered me the full refund. Great customer service.
S.My partner bought me the Boa hiking boots and I am in love with them. 😍 They are well made and so comfy. Also super fast delivery. I'm very happy. Definitely recommend and I'll be hopefully buying more from here in the future.

R. S.It has reasonable prices but the box come in a really bad condition while the shoes itself were nice but terrible quality. You really have a 50/50 chances of getting either a good product/service or bad. Theres not in between.

V. J.I ordered the "Rein Flower Boots" on Sunday and they arrived yesterday. I am a UK resident and take a UK5, tried boots on and they fit perfectly - so I dont understand why people are moaning about sizes being off, they're not!!
Boots look EXACTLY like the picture, not as bright but anyone with a brain should know that photos are taken with a bright light on white background so colours are never exact!!
Was worried as i saw some negative reviews after i ordered but, i've got no complaints...i'll be ordering more again as i am 100% satisfied!
S. W.Super affordable, durable shoes that look good. If you can't cough up £150 for a pair of doc martens, get a pair of boots or platforms from this brand, look just as good and just as comfy without the daylight robbery. Might not last as long but will get the job done.
N. M.Received boots extremely quickly even though I paid for standard delivery; packaging was great. Shoes are extremely comfortable even though they're quite high, very well-made and I was very happy to find a shoe store which sells UK women's size 9s!
My only qualm is that there appears to be something like writing on one side of the left shoe in slightly faded white marker (see picture)? To be honest I completely forgot about this until just now, and I don't want a replacement, but it is worth mentioning. Plus it might come off with a bit of water?
If it wasn't for the writing on the shoe, this would be a 5* review for sure!

My shoes came in within 4 days and i’m 100% happy with my order , although my shoes came and they’re a bit tight when i tried them on but i think i just need to wear them often to feel comfortable in them . People should 100% shop at koi footwear you won’t regret it !!😀
J. P.so i bought two pairs of shoes, the "mage arched sneakers" and the "enigma neon pink platform boots". to me at first koi footwear seemed shady like everything was very cheap. But the shipping was very fast, they shipped the next day after i ordered. they came within a week to Sweden. What you see on the picture is exactly what you get so look closely and zoom the f*** in. because the mage arched shoes were a joke lmaooo. i ordered a size 4 and they were more a very small size 3. unevely cut everywhere. still cute but yeah. i cant wear them at all. i wouldnt advise you to buy the 5 euro shoes at all!!! to be fair, if you look at the pictures of the mage sneakers on their website you can see the uneveness so they didnt exactly lie... i LOVE the enigma shoes though. they look exactly like on the pictures but i know they wont last long :( i will wear them until they break, though. i would only recommend if you know what you're getting. cute but not durable shoes.

Electro current platform boots and I work in a super busy pub and nightclub and have been wearing them non stop for a week and they're super comfy, look cool as hell and haven't shown ANY signs of falling apart even though they get covered in alcohol and I run with them up and down stairs etc I haven't been that careful with them either so the quality is extremely good
