Utter bedlam. The staff do their best, but are serving 3 to 4 customers at once, so often left waiting to get alternative sizes etc. We did find what we were looking for, but felt very underwhelmed by the service, despite the associate helping us doing her very best.

Schuh is the place to go if you’re a student, you can have discounts on a sales items. Very friendly staff. I got some Tommy Shoes for less in this shop. You can locate this shop at Eldon Square Shopping Centre Upper Mall Unit 15 Newcastle NE1 7XD.

1st time visiting Schuh. Never experienced a service so different to the norm. The staff carry devices so they know what they've got in stock. You just get told to take a seat they bring the shoes requested. Then if you want to pay by card they just use the same device they used for stock checking. Great service and Great Price (Was a sale on) saved 35quid 👌

The store is cleverly organised, allowing customers to easily find what they are looking for. We, as customers, cherish a shop where our experience is fast, and quick, while still being quality and accommodating. This store does this for it's customers. However, I experienced an employee who, when I asked for help, rather arrogantly asked me to wait, to which I was confused, as she was only chatting to a co-worker. For this, 3 stars.

Unreal service. Returned a pair of faulty shoes and it was absolutely no bother - no pushback and really friendly service and conversation from the people in-store (Paul and Lucy).

I visited because I desperately needed some new trainers. Luckily, I found a pair of trainers that I liked for £55 with a voucher for £10 against a £50 purchase in January, which I gave to my sister! The selection is extensive but everything seemed to be expensive apart from the black trainers but that could be because I went just before Christmas.

It's a schu shoop (see what I did there) full of shoes. Some cheap, some expensive. Nice clean environment to try and buy shoes. If my memory servers me correct I bought a nice pair of black base shoes for a christening I was attending in Ireland.

Superb customer service from Paul and his team. I was sold a pair of vans which were different sizes. I got a new pair and 10% back. Super friendly. A really good experience.

Went in to buy some laces for my New Balance 574 trainers Spoke to a very helpful assistant who said I could have a rummage through a big box of spares to see if any were suitable Found a pair and offered to pay but was told no charge Didn't get the guys name but remembered his huge collection of tattoos Nice one Mate

The staff are really helpful, the boots I wanted weren't in stock in my size so tried on another boot in my size and as they were the same manufacturer made sure there were the right fit, the staff then ordered the right boot in the correct size to be delivered to my door, one very happy customer

Great store in eldon Square shopping centre, staff are very positively active and well mannered all the times I've visited, fantastic selection of trainers and shoes that can only be found in schuh.... Oh and there's a toilet no less than 20 seconds away lol just in case.
