The staff are not intrusive but always close by if needed. There is a really extensive range of footwear at very reasonable prices and a good choice of accessories. Love the shop. Hope we never lose it.

I was in desperate need of some comfortable shoes to wear on an upcoming holiday. I had tried a shoe competitor across the street with no joy and a cold customer service experience. The lady (Lisa) who helped me at Shoezone was friendly and greeted me immediately. She showed exceptional customer service and helped me find two pairs of shoes that were exactly what I needed. I was having trouble finding shoes for my problem feet (I have been having trouble with ingrown toenails). When my partner suggested I try some men’s shoes, she did not bat an eye. She made it her mission to help me find something, and I am extremely thankful for her attentiveness. Thank you Shoezone!
