Uncomfortable experience. Clearly bad management are forcing staff to over greet and after being asked if I was "OK" 4 times in the space of 5 minutes I did not feel comfortable shopping there. Trueman Show vibes. Asked if I was ok and needed any help twice by the same person in a wide eyed unsmiling manner. Not autism friendly. Customer service felt absolutely forced. Feel so sorry for you all.

Great experience. We purchased some baby vans for our daughter for Christmas. Despite the shop being very busy with Christmas shoppers the staff dedicated their time to us to help us with our purchase. One lady was on her first day of children's shoe fittings and despite it being her first day, we wouldn't of known If she hadnt told us, she was brilliant.

Great, friendly staff and very helpful. I have purchased a lot of footwear from Schuh and will continue to do so. I had to return a new pair of boots recently which developed a fault. No quibbles, they just exchanged them there and then. Great quality shoes at great prices.

Can't knock the efficiency and the politeness of all the staff. Always on hand to help and even offer a simple hello which is not what you get in alot of stores in chantry place. The young lad who served me had great people skills and showed a genuine interest in what my day consisted off.

Friendly customer service, but a very cluttered/cramped store, and incredibly high prices. Went in to look at a pair of DMs which were priced at £150, yet I managed to find exactly the same pair for £99 at the DM store in the city. If you're looking to buy shoes from here, it certainly pays to quickly check prices elsewhere before handing over any money.

Lovely staff here. So helpful. My little one had his heart set on a pair of trainers that were going out of stock. Several measurements later and walkabouts he finally got what he wanted and was comfortable after some very patient input from staff members. Lovely place.

Great shop to purchase backpacks, shoes, trainers and other accessories. There was a staff member outside with a facial shield and would ask you to use the hand sanitizer on site before entering. Also, the ques were short to enter.

This is the way shopping should be, I was done and dusted within 10 mins, the assistant Megan came over as I picked up a shoe and offered to get a pair to try on, laced them for me, and offered spray protection when I decided to take them, engaging throughout.
