Bought a pair for myself 2 weeks ago and returned for my son today. Great customer service by the same assistant both times. Really knowledgeable and friendly. We are both really happy with our trainers. Most comfortable trainers we have ever had.

Staff were so helpful. Explained the pros of the different ranges to me, chatted while I tried on shoes and were overall very attentive. When I decided on a pair that they didn't stock in my size they went through the website with me, suggested other products not stocked in store and even wrote down the product code so I could easily order at home.

Was served by Salesperson 831826 (bit impersonal, her name would be nice) it was her first day working there and she was absolutely delightful and professional. Considering it's her first day, she was very knowledgeable on the shoes. If someone reads this at Sketchers head office, let her know the Australian who came in and purchased shoes thank her immensely.

Must say I was a little unsure going into the Skechers store as I presumed that the shoes were for a much older crowd however purchased a lovely pair of running shoes and I can’t be happier with them. Also I must say Shankara was especially helpful 👀

Only went to meet my sister in law there but ended up buying three pairs if trainers! The young male assistant was so very helpful and patient with both of us as we were there quite some time. First time I had been there but will certainly go again.

The service I received here was second to none. I cannot fault the polite and respectful staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. This is not something you find every day. I had been to another much larger sports store in the same mall in Chapelfield Norwich, 10 minutes earlier and the word service is obviously not on their agenda. I cannot say whether their staff know their products as they treated me with the contempt they obviously thought an older customer deserved. Skechers are top marks. Forget the others.

Myself and the Wife visited the store on Wednesday. When we entered the store we were greeted by Chole who told us about the current offers in store resulting in my wife trying on quite a few pairs of shoes🙂. Chole gave excellent customer service throughout the time we spent in store which was about 30minutes. 4 pairs of shoes later my wife left the store very happy definitely recommend a visit to the store if you need footwear.
