Shopping In Oxford branch today with my 3 grandchildren for school shoes & received outstanding service from Christina. She was patient, attentive & listened to what our requests & requirements were. Her suggestions then enabled us to make decisions on which shoes to purchase, which we did & my grandchildren are very happy with their purchases..many thanks Christina

Awesome shop really good service I have had clarks shoes for some time now many pairs over the years. real leather made shoe what's great is the company will up date and modify there style's for comfort and quality they get better and better love um. I polish mine keep em shinny. I always get what I need and have received very helpful service in new additions in the mens range thank you the shoe people. for excellent value quality and customer service that I needed to help me buy the best shoes in the men's floor up stairs kindest regards

Impeccable service! Can take a while to be served when busy but well worth the wait! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied! Only issue is if you have a pushchair and need to get upstairs to the children's section you can't get upstairs with it!

Great store. Friendly service. Large selection of nice and comfortable shoes. Perhaps they could offer to contact the customer in future if the right shoe size is not available at the store, or try to locate them at another store. That would be really helpful.

We had an appointment at 5:30pm on the first day out of lockdown (12/04) because my son desperately needed new shoes. The roads were so busy that we had to leave my partner in traffic and speed walk the rest of the way to the shop. Even though we ended up arriving at 5:45 (they close at 6), we were welcomed very warmly. At that point, my son was tired, restless, and irritable. Despite that, Julia was so incredibly patient with him and really made sure to measure his feet. He wanted the same shoes he had outgrown but they didn't have that colour in stock. Julia gave him the same model in a different colour just to make sure the sizing fits properly. He didn't understand that and claimed they didn't fit. She very skillfully and patiently explained to him what was going on and that he will get the shoes that he wants. We were the absolute worst customers but Julia was so kind and understanding. My son loves his new dinosaur shoes that arrived in the post soon after, in the right size and colour. Thank you very much and we promise to arrive early next time!

Nice selection for men, women and kids ..prices a little high but is a store in high street so it explains it... the staff needs more motivation it took my wife about 15 min to get help and she had to ask for it...only one guy was working hard the other 2 were talking to each other and ignoring customers... Quite crowded during Boxing Day week. Expect to wait a little while before you are being assisted and get the shoes you want. But, can't complain - the discount is worth the wait.
