Fantastically colourful and fun designs for Ladies. My partner is very happy with her new shoes. Can't say I found the Men's designs too attractive. Either way, the customer service was great. The two ladies who served us were very attentive and welcoming.

I am so pleased with my new shoes, receiving compliments all the time wearing them. Excellent quality unique shoes with affordable prices and a high range of sizes. We were overwhelmed by the service of a beautiful Japanese girl Yumilca - she was so cheerful. She helped us choose the best shoes, giving us plenty of sizes. She absolutely deserves a raise! Highly recommend visiting this store to all locals and tourists!

Prettiest shoes ever in a style you won’t find twice. The ladies at the shop were extremely friendly and accommodating even to children who obviously wouldn’t become customers in the next 10 years. Great bargains as well. I definitely recommend it!!!

I ordered online a couple of weeks ago, my beautiful boots arrived 3 days later! They are absolutely glorious!! Although we're in lockdown I'm still working, and have worn them this week. Everyone who has seen them have been amazed by them! Incredibly comfortable! I think I'm in love 😍

We were attracted to step in this store on 10/8 because of the good design. The clerk was a girl with high passion, great smile and service. We were so impressed by her enthusiasm. We didn’t buy the shoes from her because we needed to hurry for the train. However, she still gave us the name card and said we may shop online or other shops in London. Then, we went to the shop in Greenwich and bought the shoes, but the feeling was not as well as that in Oxford. We wished that we bought the shoes from the Oxford shop girl. She is really great and friendly. Highly recommended to buy Shoe Embassy in Oxford.

Amazing shoes! They look good and feel so comfortable! They are very quick at responding to emails about problems with orders, and even delivered a replacement for an order of mine that had gone missing the very next day! Very pleased with this shoe shop.
