What a lovely bunch of staff working at the Plymouth Store. I’ve been in a few times and bought boots and they are all so lovely and very helpful. Great collection of shoes and boots too and good prices. Highly recommended😊

Good quality good price , and good service with friendly staff. Looking forward to seeing the new shop opening on Plymouth Barbican. We have a yacht, just outside and are looking forward to the a selection of yachting shoes and boots.

After visiting one specialist shoe shop, who's assistant had poor customer care & was quite rude, was pleased to visit Pavers Shoes. Their assistants were pleasant, polite & extremely helpful. Relative was almost ready to give up in search of a pretty pair of leather sandals, however Pavers provided plenty for relative to try on & more importantly, took time to listen to what was required, resulting in not just one purchase, but two. David, our assistant carried out his role both professionally & in a highly considerate manner. Advised that anything not available in size required, could possibly be ordered & delivered directly to home address. Equally, any purchases could be returned within a month provided items ordered were worn inside customer's home. Will be back & highly recommend.

I have been to Pavers in Plymouth a few times now and find the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I currently have a problem with one of my feet which has been going on for a few months so have had to replace some shoes and get arch supports. Today and the last time I visited a sales advisor called Sue spent a lot of time with me, finding the right shoes that would be suitable and supportive. She is always friendly and patient and deserves some recognition as most people only feedback when complaining about something. So thank you to Sue and I will be visiting you for all my shoes from now on. 😀
