We buy shoes for our daughter here, although you should set up an appointment for feet measure they are always ok to take you in right away or in wors case in 15 or 30 minutes

We've always had a lovely experience here, the staff are very attentive and you don't usually have to wait long on a Saturday to get your kids feet measured. There is a lift so you can take a pram up to the first floor kids department.

My grandsons first shoe measure and fitting.the two members of staff who helped us were very helpful and patient with us.trying different shapes and size shoes/boots until they were completely satisfied with the fit which is really important for growing feet.so my 1yr old grandsons first experience with shoes was a great success.

Visited today and was so pleased at “steps” Dave and his Team have taken to keep both themselves and us as customers safe. The staff were very professional and courteous throughout my visit. Good shoe, great customer support lady, good bag! Pricy but great quality. Can recommend if u want a nice proper shoe! They also provide shoe care equipment for your leather (brushes or not) so that's nice. Though mostly its for black shoes.

Lovely shoes, but rather expensive. Although I have to say that the one pair I got years ago is still in such good condition! I only need to have the heal repaired each year. Unfortunately it's not fit in my budget any more. Maybe a bit later!

Relatively compact children's section which seems to get busy during the school holidays! We were able to get both of our children measured and fitted reasonably quickly however. Shoes are expensive, but good quality. Main reason for an average rating is that the selection isn't as extensive as I would have liked, and they didn't have great size availability for the ones we did like!

Very friendly staff, a decent range of footwear, good location. They don't seem to have the full range Clarke's offer whenever I've been. Not the cheapest but certainly good value for money. Always good quality and the right fit. Especially for my kids it's nice to get them sized properly.

Always use Clarks for my children's shoes - I know they are the perfect fit. Always go in the sale to save costs as I have 3 children. But the staff here are fantastic, always so helpful and are great with the children. I've also had to purchase before and take home to try on my child. When I have gone back to get them checked it is never a problem and they are always willing to help!
