Booked an appointment at the Outlet shop through the website to buy new school shoes x 3. Measured immediately which was brilliant but then came the information that although Clarks make school shoes up to size 9 they did not have any stock above size 6. We found even size 5 was a non-starter. Ended up having to buy adult shoes x3 which cost a much as school shoes in High Street shops so no saving. I am assuming everywhere is having stock issues and we were just unlucky. My appointment should have been for 45 minutes but the fitter disappeared after measuring, only fitting one pair of shoes and not assisting in finding shoes. I ended up having to ask for help from another member of staff to fit the other 2. At least this year the measuring equipment seemed to be accurate.

Great service from the assistant on the shop floor. Went to store room to find me shoes after I described what I was looking for. Unfortunately there wasn't much that I liked. However she suggested a pair on the shelf and after trying them, I loved them and purchased them. The lady on the till then suggested a bag to match which was perfect for what I needed one for. Excellent price for the two items

Didnt pre book we were there just prior to lunch. Walked straight into the shoes fitting.(note this is located in the next unit in the corner not in the Clarks store). We then had to queue to get into the Clark's store to get the girls shoes for approx 1/2 hr, which is to be expected.When in there struggled to get any to fit in their measured size, so one of the fitters helped both of mine needed a size up from the measured shoe size we were provided with. All in all both came away with a nice pair of fitted school shoes. They did a great job of making sure the store was not to busy and as safe as possible.

This is one of the clusters of shops in the Designer Outlet that I like to visit the most. The quality of shoes is long lasting and the abundance of choice for everyone in the family is overwhelming. The staff is friendly, the premises are clean and all other outlets are adjacent to or the opposite. Plenty of eateries and shops are around and you can shop until you drop. The vast (free) parking for over £50 purchase is a bonus. Definitely worth paying a visit and there will always be something for you on sale or on clearance.

This shop is ok. The staff can be helpful but they do the basic job, they don't always help when you need help with choosing the shoe type and the size. This is a good shop but the quality of the shoes could be better. They do not give any treatments to the shoes when requested. Moreover, the shop is quiet small so you have to wait to get to the checkouts for a longer amount of time, this may also be due to the fact that the outlet centre is busy.

A very good shoe shop with a few things to mark it out from the like of Brantano and Matalan. Firstly, the shoes are a lot better! They last a long time with the proper care; they're generally made from good quality leather, and (this is especially useful for those people with children) they come in a range of widths in childrens' sizes. Although the shop can be busy, the staff are very helpful and particularly good with helping the children get their feet measured. This can sometimes take quite a while so be prepared for a wait (take the kids to the toilet first, it's just next door to the shop). Lastly the range in both childrens and adults shoes is good. Lots of styles, in lots of sizes and reasonable prices. Recommended.

Staff try their best but a high proportion of the ignorant customers leave a mess of shoes which staff are constantly trying to put back on the shelves. Avoid start of term as it's rammed

Really well organised for kids shoe fittings with new covid controls. Measuring done before queuing and then separate boxes within the kids area for each family. There was a slight delay in the queue moving at one point but this was due to them cleaning the areas inside again and we were always kept updated by the brilliant staff.

The store being located within Outlet is somewhat over hyped. The collection for Men is not that great and most of the shoes are too old. The collection for Women is definitely better and great variety amognst Bags, Accessories and shoes. School shoes are available.

The branch of Clark's that I visited was in the Swindon outlet complex. The shop, for me, was well stocked with a variety of reasonsably priced work shoes which I could try on and test out without any problems. The sales lady at the counter was very friendly and chatty but also had a good knowledge of Clark's products. Will definitely return when I need another pair of shoes.

It appears that most, if not all of the stock at the Outlet store is a lower quality, compared to usual high street Clarks. Therefore it's not a saving, just lower quality products at a lower prices. Never manage to find something worth buying.
