Thank you for these super boots. Very impressed with price, excellent value and quality. Delivery was in 2 days from ordering. The fit is spot on my usual size, unlike other walking boots which I've had. Would definitely buy from you again, in fact will be doing so quite soon, when husbands boots need replacing. Excellent service! Grisport boots are hard to source in Canada, so I took a chance ordering a model that has worked for me in the past from New Forest in the UK. Derek replied immediately, and made sure I understood the UK sizing (which is different from North American); the boots were dispatched in less than 24 hours with very reasonable shipping charges, and arrived at my door within four business days, which is amazing. And the price was excellent. Now all I need is the free time to give them a workout on my favourite hikes!

What a fantastic customer ethos this company has, it is great to see that there is still good customer service out there. I placed 2 separate orders on the same date and paid next day delivery on both. This was my choice I was only intending to place 1 order so when I placed the 2nd I knew I would have to pay again. However the very next day as both my orders were dispatched I got an unexpected refund of 1 of the delivery charges as both orders were shipped out in 1 package. I never asked for this refund, it was just given back to me. Thank you

Very impressive service! I have been looking at hiking boots online on various sites, as will be flying to Iceland in 36 hours to photograph an an unusual wedding for just a bride and groom, but only today, at last minute made up my mind to actually place an order. New Forest Footwear has so many to choose from - in all price brackets - that it was hard to pinpoint my favourite. I chose this company because they offered a reliable next day delivery service, which non of the other sites I looked at could do. Even when I panicked after receiving two different emails, one stating my order was with Interlink Express, and the other that it had been posted out second class, I was still able to get hold of someone to deal with my enquiry, even though it was after office hours. The lovely guy who took my call was able to give me the tracking number so I eagerly await my beautiful real leather, fully waterproof boots tomorrow! SO happy! The boots, socks, and waterproofing spray arrived bang on schedule - delivered by Interlink Express - and they are beautiful - so now I will make my flight tomorrow to Iceland - with my lovely new hiking boots. My wife had major problems in finding some good walking shoes. We tried many, many pairs in Cotswold and Millets ( and I mean many). We are fortunate living in Dorset so we visited New Forest Footwear at Henstridge. The staff were so helpful and knowledgable. Really excellent service. I have been to Henstridge previously to purchase boots for myself and received a brilliant service. We now have three pairs of grisport boots/shoes which are really good and so comfortable.
