C. M.Took my 5 year old who was complaining about her shoes being tight... She was right they were. Chloe spent lots of time measuring Poppy's feet and bringing out 5 or 6 pairs for her despite her having really wide H feet. She made sure the fit was right for Poppy and she was comfortable and I was happy too. Money well spent for another pair of comfortable well lasting shoes. Thanks again

S.Clarks was very very busy but that was to be expected since the children will be going back to school soon. Despite this the staff were polite and worked efficiently.
A.I cant recommend this brand enough. Ever since I bought my first pair of clarks I have never bought any other shoe or recommend any other brand to anyone. The customer service is always excellent. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Clarks for the rest of my life!

D. D.I was looking for shoes for a wedding. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Helen who was helping us was amazing. She took my socks off for me and put pop socks on so that I could try shoes on. She then helped me change my socks back again. I ended up. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes.

She apologized several times for the wait very polite very helpful well done Clarks shoes please pass on my thanks to this lovely lady.
P. C.Their shoes are not the cheapest, but tend to fit the foot well. They usually last well too as they are robustly constructed. So if you like durable well fitting shoes this is the place for you.

Brought my little girl for her school shoes fitting and was served by a lovely young man called Ace Z. !
He has taken the time to make sure my daughter was happy with her choice , not only did he presented us with lots of different designs but also was very thorough with the size and width etc .
We didn’t feel like being rushed despite the shop being busy .

A. H.Fantastic shoe shop, highly recommended for measurements, fittings and childrens school shoes. We visited the Telford Town Centre store with my smallest one, he's what you would deem as fully autistic, as a result we really do struggle. However, having chased him around the shop 4 times the manager took notice and helped us with measurements and purchase some suitable shoes. She proved to be polite and professional, and during conversations she pointed out that for children with special needs, Clarks make exceptions and do open the store an hour early, and that we should phone into store in future. Clarks really is a fantastic store! #CarLeasingGuy highly recommends visiting for all your shoe needs.
