K. T.Usually I'd be giving 5 stars (the product is good quality & the staff in this store have been great in the past), but they loose 1 for bad info. As a vegan, I trust vendors to answer my questions about suitability & ask questions back if unsure. Just this last time I didn't get all the necessary info & (as I'm also allergic to wool) ended up with a purchase I actually couldn't wear (discovering this at half an hour into wearing them for a day at work!). However they were very good about the return & handled things very well - a genuine mistake I guess, & a reminder to me to double check before I buy.
C. A.This shop is clean and tidy. They have unusual shoes both in colour and design.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
My one complaint as non smoker is that there is quite often a strong smell of tobacco in the shop.
