He went above and beyond in making sure the shoes fit perfectly, and checked his feet in a fantastically playful way which meant that our toddler really loved the experience.
He was friendly, smiley and just so attentive to our needs in finding us shoes, as well as informing us of discounts on any promotions they had. All round great guy ! Thanks Theo

She was fantastic and my daughter absolutely loved her we only went in to buy my partner a pair of shoes and ended up walking out with a pair for myself and my daughter as well! One staff assistant in particular was so patient and understanding of my tic disorder and was so kind to me. She helped me find everything I needed. The shoes they didn't have in stock were delivered to me very quickly. Even my sister was very impressed with our shopping experience.
