I needed a large frame for a poster 91cm x 62cm. Easyframe was the only company that could provide a frame, with acrylic front, at a reasonable cost. There is a good variety of frames and mounts. Other companies were charging twice as much. The finished product is just as I wanted and was despatched quickly and safely. Very pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

What a great easy to use service. We ordered multiple frames and when one was chipped on delivery, a replacement was sent straight out no problem. The frames are nice quality and although I was nervous about doing it myself its worked really well and they look great. Provide you measure your artwork accurately you cant really go wrong with the system to choose the frames and mounts. The colours are as described and the "mid grey" mount colour is particularly nice with the 18mm black stain frame.

I've used EasyFrame a few times now and always been very happy with the products supplied. The frames are at the higher end of my budget, especially with the postage, but I always order frames from them as I know they will be an absolutely 'mm perfect' fit, which is a testament to their manufacturing. I will definitely be a repeat customer, as I used their black 15mm frames for my embroidery pieces. The frames are deep enough for two layers of fabric, mount board and an acrylic cover, which is perfect for my needs.

Wonderful product and service. Love the customisation options and ability to preview how your art looks with the chosen frame. Got sent a wrong frame at first, but issue was quickly rectified (got through over the phone to a lovely man immediately) and our frame arrived the next day.

Great service from EasyFrame. I needed a bespoke size and got exactly what I wanted very quickly . The quality was excellent. I did worry when I unwrapped the incredibly well wrapped frame to see the mount appeared to be the wrong colour only to realise there was a pink protective film covering the glazing. We would definetly use EasyFrame again .

I ordered a small frame which was very well priced and delivered very quickly. Unfortuantely upon arrival there were a few scuffs all over the back and corners (most obvious pic attached). The staff were responsive and offered a free collection and refund (which I appreciated). So far, a 5 star review. However, I was told that since I purchased a cheap frame, I should expect cheap quality, which I didn't appreciate. I was told to go elsewhere since the quality I expected wouldn't be matched by them. This is the reason for a 3 star review.

I cannot fault this company. It is hard to find a service that meets your expectations. EzeFrame have a proactive framing proposition to anyone's needs. It is rare to find a company that can firstly, recommend what size/dimension your photo can be without losing quality, and secondly, provide tailored framing at a universally acceptable low price. The process is short and to the point whilst giving you all the options you could possibly need for framing your photograph. I've never felt more obliged to give a company a good review. Excellent service.

I have needed a few things framed for years but had put it off because the price I had been quoted elsewhere was too expensive. I am delighted with my pictures and thought the price was reasonable. My bespoke frames arrived at a busy time for me, so it was a number of weeks before I opened them. When I did the acrylic and backing were too tight to fit inside the frame once I'd prised them out. I contacted Ezeframe and they sent me slightly smaller replacements the next day which fit perfectly. I would recommend Ezeframe for price and service.

Order no. 20200618123 Easy order process other than when I got to checkout, I had been charged for 5 frames (4 in one order and a separate order of 1). I couldn't find anywhere to amend back to 5 despite the site saying this could be done up to the point of dispatch. Phone permanently engaged (maybe Covid related?) Other than that, it looks good.
