Okay, so rarely I go in to this shop but on on the occasions I do the staff there have been nothing but helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A clean store, good layout, enough space to move around without feeling crowded. prices for most stuff are reasonable, some bits can be more expensive but convenience it sometimes better to just get it there if looking at then costs of fuel/time of going elsewhere :-)

Me and my Golden Retriever Millie regularly visit the store and enjoy each and every visit. All the staff are friendly and helpful and Millie loves the cuddles. Megan, who has since left was particularly helpful, Daisy is extremely pleasant and does not mind carrying the large bags of dried food to the car for me. Indeed a great experience every time with such lovely staff!

We had a problem with a product. The Manager was very helpful on the phone, said to "dispose of it" and come back for a new one. Very good customer service. Much better than the other big pet store in Bedford!

I went with a friend to buy dog food for her new puppy. Young assistant was so helpful explaining the different types of food and meat contents. There return policy on there own make food was reassuring. She was so helpful. If I had a pet, I would definitely go there for advice.

very nice store with a very friendly manager. lots of food available for you to measure out yourself. it would be nice if they have more toys for birds that are priced reasonably. regardless, the unpacked food and cages are quite cheap! definitely worth the visit!!

Only been here for dog stuff and there's a great selection and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I don't own a cat but there is an equal amount of feline based products here too. The aquarium stuff is average.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of fresh dog snack biscuits and thanks to the staff I found an all natural canned food that my old dogs digest well. Ample parking. There are small pets for adoption like rodents & rabbits.

We only purchase fish from here. They are well looked after in store, unlike Pets at Home whose fish don't seem to last a few weeks, Jolleys fish last months or even years Other animals like rabbits appear to be healthy and happy and well cared for, their cages are always clean. Staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Well laid out store with plenty of stock apparatus from Bakers dry puppy food and a few other makes were short on puppy varieties. Found the prices for some things a bit expensive compared to Pets at Home and Homesense for dog beds and toys.
