Good range of products and good for a look about with a toddler even if not planning on buying.

I was down this afternoon trying to find a few toys after trying I asked a young lady she was very helpful and courteous brought me to the aisle to find were toy tunnel was and even asked me if I needed anymore assistance to find other toys I was also looking for magnetic puzzles unfortunately they were out of stock she even helped recommend other puzzle toys I noticed her name badge she was called (Lauren) this young lady represents the smyths toy store very well and also the the cashier was very pleasant but I didn't notice her name it was around 2pm of today I always like going into the Smyths toys store as they have good variety of toys for all ages.

Had an issue with a minor fault in a drum pedal and no receipt. Jonathan the duty manager and Rebecca who was on the desk sorted it out with no hassle, excellent staff and great service.

Went to forestside smyths today and my little boyfell smacked his face of the floor and busted his mouth open I asked for a tissue and the the manager Alison came over and could not have helped us anymore took us into the back and helped me get the wound cleaned took my name and number to make sure he was OK and also told my 2 children to go and pick a toy each very very helpful

Biggish toyshop that usually has a few really amazing bargains scattered in the sales bin. I got our baby monitor in here for £20 that cost £139 everywhere else. Also often get marked down Disney stuff for about a fiver when its still about £25-30 in other shops. Most stock is overpriced however and not so much choice as other similar places.

Huge store and has everything you could think of when it comes to kids toys and games. The staff where very helpful and pleasent. At times it was hard to find a staff member to help because they where all busy but when we did they where great.

Quality goods and generally covers all the products that children demand. Staff pleasant and helpful, however timing for stocking shelves could be planned better. No major issues 👍

Went to Symths store , Forestside , Belfast with my family . My son ( 2 years old ) took keys from me ( big mistake) and lost in store . Not only my car key , bunch of keys include my home and office keys. Staff was so helpful and polite , almost everyone started searching for them . And finally after an hour , staff member Mark found it ! So grateful to him and all others working there , thank you Symths store ! Humanity at its best !!
