Really good experience of shopping for few things. Loved this lovely humidifier with a choice of different colours and aroma diffuser.

The air conditioner is too cold, The steak is too old. I really like watch the 《Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares》show before I came to Singapore. I was so impressed by the chef Gordon Ramsay in that show, I think he has a high standard for all food. So when I know Singapore have a restaurant is belong to Chef Gordon, I was so expected. So I came for dinner with my friend, we all loved the mid-rate steak, so when ordered two mid-rate steaks, the food arrived fast. But when took the first bite, we are so disappointed, because both steaks are too old, that‘s like a well-done steak! So we tell this feedback to the waiters, but he just says, we will tell the chef. Then until we leave, nothing happened, no one tells me why our steak tastes too old. We also ordered a bottle of wine, but the tire condition is too cold for us, so we have to take away the wine, but without the air conditioner’s temperature problem, the environment is better than the food! All in all, we are so disappointed. Hope they can improve the service skill and solve the steak problems.

If your looking for Christmas 🎄 candles for gifts one of the best place to go xmas lights a good choice,lovely household stuff towels lampshades, kitchen accessories electrical stuff.. sweets 🍡 snacks plenty of choices tin food cheese etc beers wine pop juice found some treats for my cats ,I found my skinny no calorie sauces very pleased,kids books toys colouring pens to much to remember best to visit here first before going any where else as plenty of choices everything under one roof.I second that.

I had to return a item and the cashier was nice enough. I had no receipt but the manager was absolutely lovely, nice kind manners, smile on the face. Went the extra mile of finding my transaction and refunding me. Proper amazing customer service to the pair. Thanks alot. The other customer assistants on the shop floor are not too helpful, but the till staff are lovely. 5 stars for just that experience. 😊

Perfect shop for your perfect home 🏠 with reasonable price and good options. If you are trying to set up your new home, I will recommend to visit this first to see options. I went to bigger B&M store in Andrew retail park thought they might have more options but instead found better options in this store.

Staff bump into you when your trying to walk around store seems like there so busy they can't seven see the customer shop was clean and tidy but I think they should be made more aware of there surroundings especially as its supposed to be a better store as in town centre but clearly isn't the stores in local areas seem to be so much better

Security guard was rude, and moaning people coming in at 17.45 saying why can't they come in at 17.00 not just before stores about to close. Also, not been in since before covid, and place changed loads of lines missing (no longer stocked) not impressed

Great selections helpful staff only downside a lot of shelves empty in the electrical department I went for an iron and literally only had 2 to choose and 3 left in total in the entire store also lots of other electrical items missing off shelves not sure if this is due to brexit or something else.

Looked a bit like a jumble sale with what stock that was on shelves, and rest of the shelves was sparse, it's what happens when people ransack the shops for boxing day sales. On the upper hand the shop was nice an quiet and plenty of staff on hand to help with my needs and they were very pleasant and happy to help. I love this store it’s massive you can get lost in there and today a staff member noticed me and asked what I was looking for as he knew I was not impressed and I asked and we ended up having a 15 min conversation! See when you are good with customers they are good to you be happy to many sad faces working if you don’t like your job find one you do like. The stock in this store is amazing I love browsing and shopping here.

You get a bit of everything with this store and even though the layout shifts more often than an Mc Escher drawing it works somehow. You want a lunchtime snack? You need a radio? Searching for a 6 foot gnome statue for your garden that lights up? Need a hat? They've got all of those and about a million other things. With anything I've ever bought from b&m I can honestly say I've not felt ripped off. The staff are friendly and helpful in this store as well.

Convenient location right in city centre, has a good variety. Wish there was a freezer section there, but definitely plenty of drinks, snacks, home stuff etc. It's usually pretty busy but at the same time staff are friendly and always have several tills open so the wait isn't long.

Excellent store with such an amazing range of products. From groceries to gift sets, all sorts of home furnishings, toys, alcohol and even chocolate imported from Oz. Great for gift sets & pet supplies too. Price points are so reasonable & staff are super helpful in the Birmingham City Centre Store.

The staff I interacted with were helpful. However, the isles are far too narrow to allow for proper social distancing and the shop was quite busy. Staff were wearing their masks down underneath their Chins. The actual shop is quite dark and dingey and not overly enjoyable as a shopping experience. The frequency of pre closure announcements seemed bordering on excessive. Overall didn't feel like an overly safe experience COVID wise and plenty of shops are getting it right much more than here.

Love this b&m has 2 exit and entrances which is very useful u can cut through town like a short cut.. 😂 To catch the bus and get of the bus and get to the shops without having to walk long distances so location is excellent and you can grab all the items you need.

Love b&m it really is a bargain store i bought a lovely little copper side table for only a tenner and many other home decorations. There are also a whole range of toys for great prices.

A great place to get things in multi-packs and pretty much anything else for a cheap price. Amongst selling household cleaning products, gardending items, food, some clothing and bedding items they also sell a nice range of toys from well known brands, as well as cards, DVDs, colouring books etc. Staff are pretty nice and willing to help sometimes.
