It’s always pleasant to visit this shop. The staff are very knowledgable about their products and make good recommendations. They are super friendly too, which is great. Today I was served by Daniel and he was great. Super friendly and drawing my attention to new options for the type of products I wanted, also making recommendations which might suit me. Even though I declined, as I’m happy with my vape and liquids atm, his attitude didn’t change (like in some shops). Ordering online is kinda easy, but I do like to pop in and actually see the products and have a chat. 100% recommend them.

Always my go to shop for my vape supplies, would never go anywhere else! They were a saviour during lockdown still offering click and collect! The staff are really good at recommending juices to suit my taste and letting me know what new devices are coming out. There’s never any hard sell either, they just genuinely know what they’re doing. The cherry Street branch is amazing, the staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. In particular Dan went out if his way to help me on multiple occasions and knew what I needed before I did but it never felt like I was being pushed towards making a decision just given pros, cons, and extremely good quality if detail.

Both the assistants were so helpful, but particular Dan. My vape had broke and Dan helped me find the best solution, explaining all the different technicalities from the right strength to have my vape setting on to the right coil, he even wrote it down for me so I wouldn’t forget. I honestly have never really understood the whole vaping tech and just guessed and until Dan took the time to explain it in an engaging and simple way - I still would have no idea. Dan set up my new system and even used his own liquid to start me off - thanks Dan I will def be coming to Evapo from now on for all my system and liquid needs. Can’t thank Dan enough.

A good clean shop with a great selection of products for everyone, from those beginning their vaping experience to those who are into clouds and the more technical vaping. The staff were really helpful and although they did not have the part I was looking for (not the first shop I have tried) took the time to go through their spare parts to see if they could keep me going through the day. I was served by Gregg today who is such a down to earth guy (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong!) he talked me through the best options and asked me questions in order to recommend me the most suitable liquids. They have a decent CBD range and a lot of other liquids/flavours/vapes and the store itself is very welcoming. I’ve ordered a lot online during lockdown, but visiting the store for the customer experience is definitely worth it. I mistakenly bought a tank yesterday instead of an RTA thinking it's the one I am looking for, I returned half an hour later so shameful and said sorry, no blames given, staff was so nice they easily refunded it (not like other places where I tried everything for a refund because I actually got a broken vape!) and replaced it with another atomizer and I had the best experience with staff here than any other vape shops I've been to. Wide range of liquids and proper testers, vapes are put in shelves to help you out to choose from (from starter to advanced so you don't misunderstand) and obviously, friendly and very experienced staff that can help you with every needs or questions you have. Definitely my new place to stock up on everything I need and I would recommend for everyone to check out this store, there is something for everyone! :)

What a brilliant vape shop with superb staff! Greg and Adam were full of knowledge and super helpful.
