I went in today to get some dried cat food for my newly adopted 12 year old cat, Charlie. He's only been with me for four days and he's already so at home. Pets at Home have plenty of choice of food and accessories for cats and other animals, such as dogs, rabbits, reptiles, birds, besides food, etc for garden birds. The staff are friendly and cheerful, knowledgeable about the different types of animals, the shop is very clean and nicely set out. And it's only a short walk from where I live.

Always really friendly staff in this branch and they sell the bits that we need. The only downfall is the size of the store as they don not have the full range of products that they have at the larger stores.

It's not a huge store so stock is limited but I was more upset to see the cat food that has been recalled as dangerous still on the shelves for sale! There were no warning signs or information regarding the products so anyone who was unaware of the dangers could have easily bought it.

My partner and I are new kitten owners and we were helped hugely by a lovely staff member called Gay, she informed us of the habits of cats, benefits of joining the associated vets and pointed out every essential item. We walked in thinking we only needed food and a travel cage for now. Came out with everything we needed and she even suggested joining PetsAtHome app for more benefits and tips. She really saved us as first time pet owners!! Can't express how great she she was!

No animals there if you wanted to get a new pet, apart from that they have the standard toys etc that pets at home normally sell

Well stocked store where you can generally find all your pet needs. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Archy always likes to visit too because he accompanies me into store and sniffs out which treat he wants me to buy him. 🐩

Really good store, this one doesn't sell live animals but does sell live food for reptiles. Sells items for all kinds of pets but mainly focuses on cats and dogs, you are able to bring you animals inside. Go here often as it is just a short walk away and have always encountered really friendly and helpful staff.

My only complaint would be is:- I buy senior food for my aged dog, all stores seem to only stock a few of these, but shelves and shelves full of adult and puppy. We visited two stores where none was in stock, we now have learnt to phone ahead before venturing out. We found it on our third attempt. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Been to many pets at home store the customer service in this store alone was second to none everyone happy and extremely helpful! Didn't just tell me things for me to spend money they seemed genuinely interested in the pets and their care rather than just selling an item love this branch!!!
