U. L.So I needed a place to do a video interview and was kindly offered a room to do this from the OLRC. I had no clue how it worked here as the only library I use is the UoB main library.
However, I arrived and was kindly greeted by Sian. Sian was so kind and welcoming, she made sure that I was comfortable and showed me around as I’d never been here before. It was absolutely refreshing to see staff act so responsible in regards to the Covid pandemic. Sian is definitely an asset to this institution!
