What a lovely shop. I bought 2 beautiful pairs of trainers. I have been looking for something like these for ages, and couldn't decide which colour so had to get both. The service is great and the owners are really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. They even let me bring my little doggy in and helped look after him while I tried the shoes on

Website advice on sizing extremely helpful, the shoes are really comfortable and perfect for our daughters wedding. The delivery was very quick considering the disruption the jubilee caused. It was a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant and efficient company. As for the shoes, they are very well made from top quality materials. Thank you for your obvious experience.

A chance visit to Westbourne today looking for an wedding outfit for my wife lead us into House of Heels. We were given an amazing greeting by Jo, one of the owners. A few simple questions without any pressure to buy, Jo advise and offered a varied choice of footwear, nothing was to much trouble. Needless to say we place an order for one the new ranges being offered. As well as the shop looking tasteful and well stocked the atmosphere created by Jo was very relaxed. Towards the end of our visit we met Paul, the other owner, who was equally friendly and helpful advising us when we can expect our delivery. Wishing Jo & Paul success for future business. Ian & Ruby
