Visited the store this afternoon with my friend Gill to ask for diet information for Gills westie who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. Wow Vicki really helped Gill with information on various products that would be suitable for Zac . Very knowledgeable and polite and friendly and so helpful, the other colleague Chloe was also very polite and friendly and attentive. Vicki also gave us advice on how much to feed our dogs and we cannot thank her enough. An absolutely amazing experience today and we will be buying our dog food etc here from now on Thank You Pets Corner .

Have shopped here for my dogs and cats items since the store opened. Was impressed with the staff knowledge and love of animals. Some of the staff have changed over the years, but this quality has stayed the same. I was recommended the More range of food and both my 2 dogs (aged 12 & 9) and cat (aged 8) have always been complimented on the quality of their coats. The staff are friendly, helpful (offer to carry heavy bags out to your car) and knowledgable. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else

I've been going to Pets Corner for all my pet care needs for years. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable with a genuine love of animals. They have the best range of natural foods, including frozen meals. My cats especially love the tinned Canagan range. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Staff are very welcoming and helpful, they have a very good knowledge of different pet food options. They have advised me on cat food suitable for my cats sensitive stomach. A good range of products in the store at reasonable prices. Very happy that this is so close to us. Our vets is pet practice next door and very convenient a bonus that we get 10% off in store if we have a vet treatment. It's my go to pet shop.

Such friendly ladies, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and, after 5 minutes getting advice on my long suffering collie whippet cross Suzi's ear infection that has so far cost me £200+ at the vets with no success, she is back to her old self after one treatment and a flood of yuck after their own brand drops were applied at a cost of £8.

This little shop became my go to for -pretty much everything :) Always fresh supply of gecko food and cat food. The staff are always ever so helpful and have helped me to make my cats life a much happier place since he is now having the right (grain free) diet and doesn't itch or scratch anymore. Joan (our corgi) always wants to go in because she loves it so much. The staff are always helpful and friendly who really care about animals. Lots of lovely natural treats and food. We took Joan to the puppy socialisation class and it real helped her get used to other dogs .

The store in Bournemouth is huge and this really helps when you bring your dog a long. There is lots of space to freely move around and browse the shelves. Every time I have been to the shop a number of sales assistants have been very helpful offering great advice. They always make a point of coming up to speak to you and will happily spend as long as you need them to assist you. Great range of products and as a company pets corner have good values, I would not shop anywhere else!

I use Pets Corner Wallisdown frequently and find the shop very well stocked and the staff very informative and helpful. I have been using Mcadams dry dog food for over 2 years now and it has done wonders for my Springer spaniels coat and over all health o would definitely recommend it. I come in to your shop 2 or 3 times a week for food for my 5 dogs. I always find the servce friendly and helpful. Although sometimes I find that other pet shops are cheaper for most items. The parking is good for my car and the entrance to the shop is wheel chair friendly for me. I like the fact that I can come in with my dogs and they are always tempted by the staff with treats. The only thing perhaps is needed is for some of the ailse be a bit wider for wheelchairs.

Hi there I would like to leave a review about Pets corner bournemouth. well what can I say my westy was suffering really badly with skin problems and had been put on steroids a lot and had medication, I decided to pop in to this branch and explained about my dogs condition, the lovely lady who served me., explained about smply dog food and said my dogs skin condition would improve in about two weeks ! well she was right and my dog hasn't looked back since no more steriods!. no more bathing him in medised shampoo couple of times a week!.. what a breakthrough it has saved me a lot of vets people time and worry! so thankyou very much to Pets Corner I love going to pick up his dog food knowing all the time his skin is so good now!... always recommend this shop and how well trained the staff are! they certainly know there stuff.. thank you from my dog Will and the owner me Trish . :D

My 2 year old Rottweiler had been suffering and in distress with severe and on going ear infections caused by the grain in her food causing reaction her kidney was releasing a bacteria into her system at the root of the problem.After a trip to the vet we were advised to seek advice from a pet store. At Pets Corner Bournemouth was Amanda who listened to our problems! after all we thought we had tried all the remedies going, we were amazed to hear that we were not alone in fact 1 of a growing number of similar cases. Amanda knew exactly what to do and took us around to the complete foods and in great detail and patience told us about Canagan Grain Free Complete foods insisting this would work for us due to the naturally sauced ingredients Pets Corner were very helpful and patient. A month and our Ella had seen the last of the ear and inner ear conditions and it's been months now thanks to Canagan foods Ella has her life back and is so much happier in herself thank you Canagan and thank you Pets Corner.
