J. B.Went into Tidal today after breaking my vape and reverting back to cigaretts. The lady who was working was super helpful in helping me choosing the right set up & let me try all the flavours I wanted before making a choice. Definitely would recommend and everything was very reasonably priced
M. D.I've had a few vapes I've bought online over the years. But this is the first time I've gone to a high street shop and the information they have is worth the trip alone. They have helpful products I didn't know existed and they have just sorted me right out with a replacement tank as the one I bought from them the other day cracked a few days after I bought it (the crack was most likely to be me not the product). The new ones bigger than the original too.
Super helpful, quite impressed at the shop keeps attitude towards customer service and will most likely come back because the honesty is appreciated.

D. K.5 stars for sure! I wanted to get a vape for my brother but I don’t really know anything about them. The guy there was so helpful and patient with me, he didn’t mind talking with my brother on the phone to understand what he is looking for and gave me a good recommendation of which is suitable for him, he didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive or anything he was genuinely very helpful I asked so many questions because I am clueless about these things, I left and looked around other stores to see what the rest had, then I went back as they had better vapes I think and again he was very welcoming, he was very informed about everything and gave me so much information and brought my attention to things that didn’t cross my mind like sweet flavor fruits or cake? And I mentioned that I am flying so he recommended not to put the batteries inside the vape on the plane and so on. Thank you so much Richard!
