Hi, just to say a big thank you for brilliant customer service! You took the trouble to phone me shortly after I placed the order to explain about delays on next day deliveries because of the Post Office strike days, and you offered to put it with DPD instead. I hadn’t thought about the P.O. delays, but had only in any case expected delivery on Monday (yesterday) at the earliest because I placed the order after 3pm on Thursday …it arrived on Saturday! Your thoughtful, considerate and proactive approach is so rare these days, and as such is especially appreciated and applauded! By the way, the fascinator is great too!!! Many thanks!!! Eileen

Had to hurriedly get a wedding outfit together after the much awaited decision to allow weddings above 30 go ahead. I searched online and found this company, the products looked great, prices very good. So I gave them a try. I’m so pleased I did, I ordered a larger fascinator. Beautiful silver grey colour, really well made. It can be clipped on or you can use the headband. It’s just perfect. The service was fast on next day delivery. I would like to highly recommend this company. I was looking for a hat for my daughters wedding next month and originally was looking for a blue to match my dress. I ordered two different designs for choice to match my dress. They arrived in good time, beautifully packaged. The colours were true to the website, turquoise and a perfect match for my dress. I kept the headband design which is stunning and comfortable to wear. There was no problem returning the unwanted item and obtaining a refund. Gorgeous items, very good value for money. The colour of the satin loops on the fascinator is practically identical to my shoe colour, couldn’t have asked for better! The website is very easy to navigate, a really good shopping experience from browsing to ordering, with a discount automatically picked up for the clutch bag as ordered a fascinator at the same time - such a simple process. The best online shopping experience and customer service I have received in a very long time. Initially we purchased two fascinators for myself and my Mum - an email followed each purchase to thank us for our business which was a very lovely touch. Excellent quality and service. My fascinator arrived very quickly. The workmanship and quality was to a very high standard. I asked for help on how to remove the beak clip and insert the headband, Michelle from Fascinators Direct contacted me within twenty four hours explaining what I should do. My fascinator is absolutely gorgeous. I bought a grey hatinator with a rose, ribbons and quills to match my dusty rose outfit which I will be wearing to my son’s forthcoming wedding. Facinators Direct has an amazing number of facinators in almost every colour and style imaginable. I ordered lots facinators to complement or match 4 dresses for upcoming events. Michelle was very helpful sggested I send photos of dresses and they sent some extra possible facinators. The quality of the products is excellent and delivery was next day.
