UPDATE: Una have been in touch and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Seems they have had some technical issues. Glad they are still in business! Thanks. Be careful - I'm not sure if this company is still trading (although the website is still up)? Having ordered a mattress and pillow from Una last year (which I liked), I ordered another item in April which never turned up. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I've had no response from them (previously contact was very quick and good). I've had to raise a claim with my credit card company to try and get the money back.

Super comfortable, sustainable, and no nasty chemicals leeching into the bedroom air. Two people in a bed share can choose their own actress, texture, which is handy if one wants firm and one prefers soft. This looks and feels like a very different kind of mattress if you're used to box spring or futon etc, but give it a go ... it's amazingly comfortable and also neither hot nor cold, always just right.

The best mattresses we've ever bought. Amazingly comfortable plus no chemicals. I highly, highly recommend this product to anyone looking for the best mattress their money can buy. Honestly, l can't wait to get to bed every night! It's so comfortable. No, I don't receive any commission from UNA, it's simply an amazing product and am happy to recommend them.

I'm surprised Una's mattress hasn't got more coverage compared to the well-known memory foam in a box mattresses out there. It's a much more comfortable sleeping experience - having had mine for quite some time now - compared to my experiences on those and is well worth the cost. I'd happily recommend anyone on the fence to give it a try over the usual suspects.

We waited patiently for our superking sized UNA organic mattress to arrive and it is the best thing ever. So comfortable, no dangerous fumes. We bought another one for a granddaughter and her boyfriend and they are delighted with it too. We sleep so soundly and if one us of moves the other isn't aware of it. Thank you UNA.

I was a little worried initially at ordering a mattress online, but it is one of the best purchases that I have made. After one year, the mattress is a dream to sleep on and I would highly recommend. No stinky chemicals and so comfortable.

Fabulous all-natural product! The mattress is luscious and lovely to sleep on, though it took a few weeks to get used to the new mattress after having a regular memory foam mattress for so long. I immediately was impressed as I got on the spot help for all of my questions and even now, months after my purchase I occasionally ask them for advice and they have been lovely throughout!

I bought the pillow. Left as is, it's a weighty cushion which I use as back support when sitting in bed. It's good as new after all the use it's had. I like that it's adjustable if needs be, by removing one or other of the 2 internal sections, but I haven't done this myself, yet. My primary reason for buying in the first place (no ducks were harmed in the process 🙂) was the use of natural organic certified materials, and the fact that it's also fair trade. It's a significant investment, but worth it for the promise of 20 year's use.

LOVE our Una mattress! This was actually our 3rd attempt at finding a suitable replacement for a 15 year old Tempur mattress. (I guess I’m a bit like Goldilocks when it comes to mattresses!) I had to send our Loaf ‘perfect’ mattress back as it was too firm. Upgraded to their ‘Top Dog’ (paid them extra but figured it was worth it to get some freakin sleep!) I should add that I ordered from Loaf as they promise no nasty chemicals. However, their Top Dog mattress STANK of off gassing chemicals. My 12 year old daughter asked why our bedroom smelt like nail varnish remover. Called customer service and was told that plastics were listed on the manufacturer label. No bueno :( FINALLY found Una and I AM SO HAPPY!! Love that we can customise, as my husband likes a firm mattress but I prefer medium. It’s really comfortable and I think the green credentials are fantastic. Well done Una and thank you. Quality sleep is SO important!

Simply Sublime I'm not going to lie, i was sceptical about how comfy the UNA mattress would/could be compared to a good pocket sprung one. I shouldn't have been !! Simply put this is the best mattress i have ever slept on. We went with the std setup hard/soft/medium and i have to say for us its perfect. I haven't slept as well in years. If you are considering buying one just do it, you wont regret it. Well done UNA 10 out of 10

Very comfortable mattress. Great system of stacking the different layers so you can choose for yourself how soft/hard you like the top layer to be. Pricey, but definitely worth it for a 100% natural, environmentally friendly product. Thank you also for the nice customer service!

I am a happy owner of four Una mattresses in total: one UK king size mattress, one EU king size mattress and two baby mattresses. Overall I am very happy with my purchases, which is evident in the quantity of products that I have bought. All mattresses are comfortable to sleep on. I no longer have back pains after waking up, and my parents, to whom I bought a second mattress, told me the same thing. The mattresses are composed of different layers which can be shuffled in several different ways producing soft, medium or hard feel. Although the medium feel is the default one described in the manual, I would strongly recommend everyone to try the hard one. If it was almost any other mattress, only a single configuration would be available and it would end up in a landfill if it was not comfortable enough. A newer version of the EU king size mattress contains layers which are separate for both sides of the bed in the configuration of 3 layers times 2 people plus one very thin layer for both on top. This allows to configure the mattress to have different firmness levels on both sides, which is extremely convenient. This also makes the mattress significantly easier to transport when movind houses. One of my baby mattresses is of a non-standard size for a "Boori" bed (132 x 70cm). Una was kind enough to produce me a custom size baby mattress. Another important advantages is that the mattress is made from Organic latex. This is why I bought the mattress for my baby. Upon unpacking it little to none smell as opposed to the smell of an oil refinery that many foam mattresses have (and even some other baby mattresses). Organic latex is a very nice compromise: to the best of my knowledge, unlike a foam mattresses, it does not 'gas off' volatile organic compounds (or at least produces orders of magnitude less of them), but unlike organic mattresses produced from wool, it does not provide an environment for dust mites to live. Latex mattresses is an old and time tested technology. It is not uncommon for an old latex furniture to last for many decades; for example, my grandparents still have a latex filled sofa lasting for around half a century. Try doing this with a foam filled mattress! Although latex mattresses are more expensive, they are likely to last significantly longer, providing both health, economical and environmental benefits. Once a 'modern' foam filled mattress starts aging, it will start crumbling producing extremely unpleasent pile of yellow dust below the bed, full of fire-retardant chemicals. I've never heard of this happening to a latex mattress.

I've had this mattress for about a year now and I still love it. I used to get lower back pain, but once I've strated sleeping on UNA mattress there's no pain! It also got me through my pregnancy without any discomfort. Thank you UNA!

Fabulous organic mattress and pillows. A very much a DIY, built it yourself mattress. This however gives you the option to adjust the feel of your bed from firm, medium or soft when ever you wish. A fabulous mattress and matching pillow set which is extremely comfy.
