G. B.This is a terrific store, that I use weekly thanks to the great experience I've had. I usually deal with either James or Freddy who are both exceedingly helpful. The store routinely do generous deals on popular brands such as Double Drip and also offer local company discounts and the traditional reward stamp cards.
I have found their range and level of service exceeds other stores in the area (of which there are many) and means that I've been going back to them solidly instead of shopping around as I used too.
James has been great for helping me pick out flavours and Freddy recently allowed me to trial a new coil (for free) as one I'd previously purchased was not working.
Overall there's a nice atmosphere in the shop also (I've been met with vape snobbery in some other stores, thanks to my initial lack of familiarity with vaping at the start). This means I'd encourage anyone pro or amateur to pop in as they'll be well taken care of.
Working in Customer Service myself, I appreciate all the elements of their setup and would encourage other stores to look to them as a model. Great place!
