No matter who is working its always a friendly environment, the staff are genuinely enthusiastic about the hobby and do their best to help and involve everyone who walks through the door. Never a bad experience, especially when Kyle is there, me and my partner visit regularly just for conversations with him.

If you're local be sure to find them on Facebook as they offer plenty of weekly events catering to different games and aspects of the hobby, and if you're brand new you can pop in a give painting a miniature a try for free!

Had a really great time in store, Kyle was extremely helpful, super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! He was happy to help with any questions, showed us the basics of tabletop play, and set us up with the miniature of the month. Never received such outstanding customer service, so thank you Kyle :)

Popped in looking for some paints for my model kit building. Staff did an excellent job advising me what the options were, and showing me examples of their uses - which I think is a real benefit of being there in person. Staff were super duper friendly and personable. Definitely see myself popping in again!

A great hobby with a welcoming community! The staff will welcome and teach you the basics whether is the game itself or just collecting and painting the models that interests you. They will also give helpful tips and feedback to help you improve in your skills with this hobby.

Went in with my 6 year old! Staff are nice although they do follow you round the store a bit. Models are equally good value for sets but then bafflingly extremely highly priced for simple models. Like that they allow painting in store and was interested in special events.

Love it. A nice stroll through the Laines to get there. A coffee shop next door if you need it. As with all of these shops, the staff are enthusiastic about the hobby. We'll laid out and great for catching up on new releases etc. It's a good one.

Friendly and enthusiastic employee persuaded us into a mini game as we didn’t know how to play. Great fun and ended up as a small highlight of our day. An awesome dude. I can’t remember his name however he was working on Saturday 16th March.

Your local gaming store loaded with astonishing hand painted miniatures, cool terrain and handy components for your armies. Selection is gigantic and not just with minis, but with paints, brushes and many more. Great place to loose track of time along with your money. Staff here is super helpful, always ready to answer your questions and provide much needed help and support. In walking distance to the train station and near to restaurants to replenish your energy before, or after buying everything they have.

My nine-year-old lights up when he enters Games Workshop and starts painting the stuff of nightmares. The customer service here is stella; respect to Katie, who is half store manager and half wise gatekeeper standing at the portal to another dimension, just waiting to give model making guidance.
