Bought slate cobbles thought i would struggle to get them home as i am nearly 60. Lovely customer service lady booked delivery for same afternoon for a very reasonable price, and the chap who delivered was just as lovely. A big thank uou for helping me get my garden looking nice for a reasonable price abd good quality.

Everyday essentials, cleaning products, sweets, stationery, tools, lagers, carpets, etc... Vast amount of product is available here. The quality is not great, but at least they sell it for a reasonable price. The people who work here are usually not too happy, I guess they are not treated in the best way, thus the 3 stars.

Variety of plants, biscuits, sweets, paint, nails kind of everything what you need around the house all reasonably priced. Reason for 5 stars I always find the staff very helpful, courtesy, and happy to assist. Opens 7 days a week. On numerous occasions I have requested if someone could put the heavy stuff into my car, they always help.

This is a decent sized b&m with a good range. BUT, it is unbearably hot in there during the summer, I honestly feel sorry for the employees, even in the winter it still feels like a green house. Parking is ample and staff are friendly enough. Ventilation needs to be fixed.

This is my local B & M and whilst I have usually found their staff to be polite and helpful; today the woman at the check-out was foul mouthed talking to a customer fing and talking about a member of staff who had gone to Brislington because they had bullied that person. Not impressed! Have those kind of foul mouthed conversations out of the workplace out of decency please!

What can I say? I go to B&M for cat food, cat litter and Oh!!! I have to pick this is, that up, and yes life wouldn't be complete without...... This!!! The staff are so helpful, very kind and chatty, B&M Fishponds is great!!! Just wish I got there in time for an outside rug😊😊, keep missing out, that's the trouble with having to work

No queuing to get in and didn't wait too long to pay for goods. Got stuff I needed and stuff I didn't need...like six bottles of Knights cider!... Excellent value @ 69p for a 330ml bottle AND strong too at 8.4%. Also bought some red antirrhinums...3 for £5 ...very pretty. And , pleased to see that they had organic cider vinegar @ £1.19 for a 568ml bottle. A good days' shop.

Say what you want about B&M, the outdoor garden equipment materials are often the exact same as a lot of expensive garden centers but for a much much lower price! I go here for all my garden borders, fences and occasionally find some really cheap deals on plants.

Love this store. I visit here at least twice a month. Always seem to pick up something that I dont need. Only issue I have is that i dont think the staff seem to take care of there plants outside, as half of there pot's seem to have perished. Whether that has anything to do with the heatwave we have had recently or just pure neglect......blahhh. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you know what you need. Otherwise you will end up filling the house useless bric-a-brac.

Dan and the girl who served me couldn't have been more helpful thank you both.Garden center has a steep slope which makes it difficult to get around.Have plenty of different type of soil etc and garden stones.Wish bulbs were put near the centre, to find them behind the till doesn't make sense.The reduced plants were more expensive to buy in th clearance then full price.🤔🤔

It's ok here. I've been to much better. I found the staff borderline rude. No attempt at eye contact or politeness. Just felt a bit u comfortable. They carried on conversations over my head so I was just left to decode when it was time to pay for my items. When my transaction was complete the staff member just walked away from the till leaving my things everywhere and I had to scoop them all up. I would expect to pack my own stuff anyway but I just found it a bit unconfortable, I had alot of stuff and I was being looked at like I'd stolen it and was just bagging it up with out a store representitive.
