Absolutely thrilled from start to finish with the service we received from Carpet Giant in Yate, Bristol. Ordered, measured and fitted all within 3 weeks! Superb service from all staff and particularly Alex who did the fitting. Was a tricky pattern for staircase and the winders but it looks so good. Highly recommend this company and we’ll definitely be back!

Another great experience with Carpet Gian in Yate. Fitted my Lounge and bedroom carpets and a laminate floor in hallway just over a year ago. Asked them back to do my kitchen and bathroom laminate flooring : and if possible match my hallway floor. Dan, as always, was really helpful in making sure they had what I needed, and fitting me in to suit. The fitters have now been and gone and, as before, I am blown away by the quality and fit for such a reasonable price. The fitters worked non stop and were meticulous to detail and in clearing up afterwards. Thanks so much !

Really good customer service - simple and friendly process ordering almost an entire house worth of carpets. They were very flexible and worked around our moving in date, which was really helpful. The contractors they got to lay the carpet were also very good. We had a bad experience with a big chain carpet store and their contract fitters in our last house, so this really made up for it. They don’t have quite such a large selection of carpets as some of the chains, but what they do have is great quality and we’re really pleased with what we chose. Thanks, Carpet Giant!

A really good experience with Carpet Giant Yate from 1st visit to fitting. The showroom is great with no hassling sales people like you get in some of the bigger companies. The service was great and the price really affordable. The fitter was polite and tidy, we did have a small issue with the fitting the next day but the fitter came back out and all sorted with no fuss. Recently purchased some Luxury Vinyl Flooring from Carpet Giant for our hallway and are absolutely delighted with the quality and fitting. It has completely transformed the entrance to our home and we could not be happier. Can’t recommend Carpet Giant enough! We will definitely use them again. I cannot recommend James and the guys at Carpet Giant enough. They did an outstanding job on laying the vinyl flooring in my kitchen and bathroom a few years ago that I didn’t even think of using anyone else once we’d finished renovating and extending our house recently. They provided and fitted carpet, vinyl roll and vinyl tiles to my property and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism that they’ve shown and the standard of work received.

Came here to price up carpets for the whole house, but we wanted them fitted at different times due to us redecorating. We found all the colours we wanted, some were remnants which saved us money as our rooms are big. Dan was very helpful, he spent about an hour with us, he knew what they had in the store when I was asking for certain types of carpet. I asked if we could order the carpets ready for when we'd finished decorating and paid a little deposit to hold for a few months. Would definitely recommend.

We have recently had vinyl flooring laid in our kitchen through to the lounge Brilliant job two lovely men laid the flooring and left everything really tidy And took away all relevant rubbish Also just had a new bedroom carpet laid again super job and the fitter took all the waste bits away so we just had to vacuum and put everything back Would definitely recommend this company no messing just a really good service

The company has some good staff and good choices at a fair price. We chose vinyl to do our utility room and downstairs bathroom. However the fitters didn't do the best of jobs and didn't stick the carpet down very well so it lifted with your feet in places. Unfortunatly because of the sags and bumps the vinyl simply tore when we tried to put our washing machine back. Not worth claiming on the insurance but will just have to hid it with a rug/runner now. Vinyl lasted less than a week and with how easy it marks suspect we will replace again as soon as cash is available. Shame.

Exceptional service had 2 carpet's fit in diff weeks..first next day as had a slot,we finished next room early called them to say if could move fitting and dud it next day..can't fault that,both fitters were very friendly,my only issue was could wear masks and show use of sanitizer as they are visiting diff homes and handling cash regularly.masks while in our homes,as I have elderly parent lives with me,but that's my only issue at this current time..
