I ordered some personalised coasters for a family member’s birthday. I got an email saying they were dispatched, but they never arrived. When I emailed customer services, they replied within minutes to say my parcel looked like it was lost in transit. I explained I needed it by a certain date, they said they’d pop a new order in the post and within 2 days it had arrived. Brilliant customer services by Alex and a lovely product. And Very pleased with how my issue was resolved.

Ordered mugs with Prinster. When I hadn't received them emailed for update on my order. I received a prompt reply back to say they had been signed for on a date I was at work. Explained about the courier in my area. Another prompt response to say I could have either replacement order sent to another address or full refund. The replacement received very quickly. I ordered 2 mugs for birthday parents. Arrived very quickly the mugs are of good quality. My mums was personalised with photos which turned out great. Very happy with it.. My dads was a newspaper edition. Personalised with photo. Im not sure if it was my mistake. (Because its a picture of full body. )It doesnt look very good as the width on mug makes it look small. Theres plenty space on mug. But I dont have time to replace it . Apart from that great service.

Happy with product but not voucher system. Sent me a voucher after placing an order to give me discount on next order. Tried to use code and it came up invalid they asked if I used it. How could I only got it an hour before trying to use it. This may require an investigation on how people are tempted then not given what they are offered. I was working well within their time scale. They do this a lot for some reason.

Honestly the best idea and service ever! The personalised wrapping paper is the best personal touch to a present you can add. Ordered 5 copies of a facemask of my friends face for his 50th birthday, to secretly bring out for hilarity as he danced on the dancefloor. A few of us danced with him with these masks on and it caused hysterical laughter from all around, the faces were good enough quality that people had to look twice to realise it wasn't who they thought it was! They got featured in numerous after party videos/pranks and quite frankly, went down an absolute treat! Masks arrived on time and in perfect condition and I payed extra for that faster delivery. Masks look a little blurry up close but from a distance they are surreal.
