R. M.Toys, toys, toys everything you could need, very helpful staff, also helium balloon filling service here aswell, got me out of a jam.
S. W.Did click and collect. Was not clear signage to where to collect from and after queuing was told to go somewhere different. Even staff member said it's not clear. When I got to till the till was down so had to do everything manually which meant server had to go and find item herself. Would have been quicker to collect myself and use usual tills. Price was a nice surprise though as was cheaper than quoted online.
L. P.It had been a few years since last we visited, and with the New Star Wars coming out, we thought we'd go and fill our pockets with lovely new toys. Nice to see the store was open so late, the carpark was quite empty.
First impressions is the store is looking really tired now and could use an update.
A lot of stock has been moved out to give room for Babies R US a mothercare type of shop inside another... the toys were all so expensive too, £89 for a stormtrooper!! we had a mooch around and only saw 2 staff members the whole time we were there, neither of which greeted us.. so we left empty handed and dejected
N. B.Not many staff, but really helpful assistant who told me they price match to Amazon (when I wanted to match to Smyths down the road). And went out of their way to process it. Saved £35 on the price match on a large Lego set. Thanks
K. G.New improved store. Much better layout. Prices still need to be watched as there are usually better deals elsewhere. I like the new checkout area as it's better than before.

M. G.Quite an old store and looking a little worse for wear, but it's huge, and has pretty much all the toys you're looking for. Your kids will love it!

K.The shop is currently in the middle of receiving a much needed make over so its very small currently but the staff are super friendly and try to help where they can by showing you what you can have from the internet and have ordered in. They have a small selection of toys and other things so you can get something items there.

R. M.A good range of toys and games but it is no longer "the" toy super store in Bristol and better offers can be found elsewhere. The store is showing signs of it's age.
