Great selection and friendly staff lots of roll ends at the back. The only thing I will say is the skip area to which we parked quite close was an absolute eyesore with the waste from fitting carpets strewn everywhere, not a great advert for what's on the inside.

Ordered two different styles of carpet from here. Mohammed the sales gentleman offered great customer service skills, nothing was too much trouble. I think I ended up calling him asking question after question and he was happy to answer them all and take my calls, called me back when I left messages for him. Very helpful and knowleagble, not pushy at all. Overall Mohammed made my experience at the store very good. Would highly recommend this gentleman. Only reason I haven't given a 5 star is because I haven'thad the carpet fitted yet so lets see how that goes.

Had a consultation with Catherine in Cardiff Newport. road. She was absolutely amazing! No question was too big or small and she made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgable . We would highly recommend!

Bought vinyl planks from here. Arrived on time and quality very good. Last plank in box was chipped so unusable. Phoned and spoke to Margaret(I think), the store manager. Had a spare in store so was given free of charge. Can't fault that. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks for great service and well done. Will be going there for my next project,unlike B&Q....but that's ongoing regarding my kitchen refit...will post soon.

I truly beleive most of the bad reveiws on here are fake by competitors because I used caret right to caret my 3 storey house stairs and landings.fitters were off late and one brought others in ti get it done. In my landing right at the bottom of the stairs I found a hole where it had bern cut wrong. I rang carpet right thinking they nay just replace the landing piece but they actually sent someone the next day replaced the whole carpet and paid the fitters so I cannot beleive the bad reveiws they did not need to . They could have replaced the landing only. I didnt make a big fuss. So will happily trust them 100%

good friendly service from dave in store. good friendly service from the the fitters .they came on the day arranged and earlier in the day ( which suitted us better)rang before they turned up so we could be ready for them . got on with the job had a nice chat here an there & left. Nice fellas also cleaned up after. Would i recommend to others? YES i would.pleasure doing business

Orderd a mattress from here a couple of weeks ago. When purchasing the gentleman who sold it to me asked if I'd need help taking it upstairs and I agreed as I'm a 5"3 woman and the mattress was for a king-size bed and twice the size of me. It finally arrived and the delivery men told me they can't help and left it in the hallway. I currently live alone and will have to wait till a friend or family member are free till I can finally move the mattress. Great delivery time, terrible service. If purchasing something make sure you have a second person to help

I have got the kids carpets from here. Good choice of laminate and carpet for all of your flooring needs. But one tip is, don't get your underlay from here. Go on online and buy it from elsewhere. Far cheaper for the same quality.

Len was absolutely wonderful, he helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our nursery. I would highly recommend Carpet Right and in particular Len. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Couldn’t be better!

There's a good selection of carpets from cheap to more expensive. They also sell vinyl and LVT flooring. Also there is room for discounting on the RRP (bit like in a car purchase). Plus we found a length of coir mat in the reduced/off-cuts section which worked well for a section behind the front door, and in the Culverhouse Cross store a roll of vinyl (2m x 3m) as a temporary bathroom floor until we get it renovated.
