Good straight forward service, with decent prices. Shipping was free due to my order being over £40 and being sent inland Royal Mail tracked, items arrived within the three days specified and had reasonable amount of packaging. All items were correct and in good condition upon arrival. Definitely using them again and would highly recommend them.

An absolutely excellent shop and gaming centre. Whether for casual or organised play, you can't really go wrong. Card games, board games and tabletop wargames are a staple here. There's hot food available on site and there is a licensed bar for those that would like a beer now and again. They also open late a few nights a week for gamers who only have time after work. It's friendly and welcoming. 1st class.

Always love firestorm, they have an excellent range of products, the staff are always really helpful, and their games tables are great value, easy to book, and have fantastic scenery available. With the new covid guidelines its really easy to book a table, which will be set up for you, and you know you can play a game safely. Weve been down the past 2 Sundays and its been excellent👌. Update since visiting new store - really impressed with the new site, easier to access, much better facilities and a really new and bright feel, well done to all involved 👏

Love shopping here, Rob the owner is fantastic, when he is there, even when he is busy he always spares a few minutes to have a quick chat. The staff there are also fantastic and very good at their jobs, they always have a smile on there face and are willing to talk about the hobbies either you the customer or they the staff play, and try to find a good balance when talking to you. 10/10 best place to go! I will be back next week for Magic The Gathering: casual commander night, on Tuesday!

Excellent place can get everything you want for gaming Warhammer and starwars included. You can book a table and play Warhammer with a friend for four pound each. Have a great range of citadel paints plus it has a bar and you can buy food as well.

Online purchaser, never been to the store. Found these in April 2020 at the start of the pandemic, easily spent £500 with them since then. Service is impeccable every single time, next day delivery is promised and delivered, quality of items is assured, it has been a life line. The phone service is also second to none, I have called and spoke about Ticket to Ride 15th Anniversary and upcoming Fantasy Flight releases and they are always kind and over informative. If you are wondering if to use this company wonder no more!

What a place, its massive. They have so many games of all sorts in stock. They have a cafe there as well as tables where your can go in to play games. Tonnes of mini figures and dice as well as trading cards. Epic.

The best tabletop games centre I've ever been to. Enormous open games room with multiple tables and a plethora of terrain available, a large store covering a huge range of games, intelligent and friendly staff, and a social seating area of couches right by the in-house bar if you just fancy a beer and a hangout.

This is probably the best FLGS I have ever visited. It is a 5-10min walk from Cardiff Central Station or they have parking. The gaming area is massive with loads of tables and scenery for playing Tabletop wargames. They also have loads of other tables for card and board games. The shop has an incomparable range of products from every player in the Tabletop game hobby industry. They also have a bar!

Excellent place, staff are always polite and helpful when you need something but don't badger you into buying something. Plus the prices are great! Only downside is that sometimes when you want to use the tables for a game, their all booked up for a tournament and that's not well advertised, but this has only occurred once to be fair to me. The price labels may be out of date so it is worth checking but I once bought a game and the old price was on the label and it was honoured, after I brought it to their attention. I ordered a product online, paid for it and heard nothing more. The site says the dispatch the same day. I had to email to then be told they don't have the item it was an error on the site and only products from the main branch ship same day, the website doesn't show this. However, the owner has been very courteous and wants to know what the issues are and this shows good customer service so i cannot fault them on this.

Run by a Great Guy, cares about Gaming and runs a very good retail shop. Anyone who says "You can buy Cheaper online" well of course you can, but the quality of service and in particular the customer service is great and worth the few pennies more that you pay. I've taken things back where there have been problems and they have swapped them immediately with no issues. Decent Bar, lots of tables and terrain, great place to meet, get a game and socialise. Anyone who moans or criticizes is clearly spoilt rotten because there are very few places in the UK as good as Firestorm.

I've been going to Firestorm 2-3 times a week for the last seven years between their old venue location and this one, and it's only gotten better with time. They have dedicated play space for both tabletop & card games, well-stocked vending & coffee machines that take contactless payment, as well as a bar and cafe if you want to socialise as well as shop. Firestorm promote inclusive and friendly behaviour throughout their store and the events they run, so it's perfect for those who are new to their hobby and need a helping hand, and their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to have a chat to those they recognise from previous visits.

It's a bit of a TARDIS as from the outside Firestorm Games looks like an average sized industrial unit. Get inside and a quick look to your left shows row on row of tables for wargaming, card games, and painting. The shop itself sells pretty much everything from the mainstream to the unusual. There's also a cafe and bar in there as well as toilets. Regular events make this possibly the biggest gaming centre in Europe.
