Because I'm in the writing process of my thesis, I needed a quiet space to work with my laptop. The library is perfect for this. I didn't need to sign up, I can go and use one of the desks (with my own laptop), and there is free wifi (quite good and fast). It's not a huge library, but it's never crowded so there's plenty of space to study and concentrate. Sometimes it gets a tiny bit noisy, I think they host some activities for children in the morning, but nothing major (can be easily solved by using headphones). There are computers for use, but I think you need to register in the library to use those.
