Wonderful little shop! I shopped online from them, messaged on Facebook and they responded very quickly. No question is a problem as they just want to help. I've picked up 2 beautiful Lizards from them and one with a full set up. Ben had assembled it, set it up and delivered it to me. Service and prices are second to non and their knowledge is fab. Today i came from bristol to the shop to pick up an Ackie monitor . And was promptly greeted by a young lady upon entering .The shop is rather small and they have limited livestock due to the lack of space no doubt . But the diversity of the stock available is amazing . The stock of equipment and accessories is also very good they have a wide range of items available . I have been to many reptile shops in my time but this one is by far the best . The warm, welcoming greets and atmosphere you get from the staff is the best part about it . The majority of the time I was in there I was speaking to a lady called….. Faye???? Her knowledge and help was incredible . She helped me with all my problems and questions regarding all my reptiles I keep and didn’t hesitate to give me advice and recommendations . Although the journey took some time . It was well worth it . I could not recommend anywhere else to get reptiles , accessories and advice . You can tell this is a shop that is driven by passion - not by profit ! Not to mention the prices are very reasonable also !!! Great people , great stock , great little shop . I hope to return soon !

Amazing place. Popped by on our wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to accommodate us. They answered every question we had, and even had in stock some speciality items that we just had to grab. Seriously, you cannot find a better reptile shop in all of Wales. Perhaps even the UK.

Fantastic store - picked up a baby boa + setup. She was bred by the owner and is tame, happy and healthy. Settled in perfectly after only a few days, eaten with no issues and hasn't so much as hissed at us. From start to finish Reptile Cymru were friendly, informative and helpful. Just wish they were more local to me! Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely visit next time I'm in the area.

A rude start on arrival from a male member of staff! Very unexpected as the lady on the phone could not have been any nicer and helpful, so will have to call her again for advice when she is back in the shop. The Collection process was way to quick and not enough information given for first time buyer and as stated above the male was not very welcoming at first and his Manor was very cold. If it wasn't for the fact I've spoken to other staff before him, I would not of used this shop again. He only seemed to cheer up when I asked to use the phone in order to transfer money to make purchases in the shop,(which I decided not to do in the end) He was my best friend for the few minutes then when he realised that buying anything, the same face came bk. Then when I was leaving was when he started smiling!!! Will definitely only go back on a Thursday and Friday only now.... First time in Wales and in a reptile shop was not a good experience for myself.

This is an excellent shop with a large variety of animals for sale, as well as various set-ups and foods. The animals are all kept very well and seem happy and healthy. The owners are happy to let you browse or answer your questions about set up requirements or care needs of the animal you are interested in. The atmosphere is welcoming to those who are new to keeping these sorts of animals. If they have time, they are happy to let you handle animals that can be handled. The shop itself is quite small and can be tight if there are a lot of customers but does packs a lot in.

This reptile shop is probably one of the best reptile stores I've been too. Cheap prices, well kept animals and a vide variety of live food. I have bought most of my reptiles and amphibians from this store and I have not had a problem with any. Keep up the great work 👍

I couldn't ask for better service and more knowledgeable staff. We had a Hermann's tortoise for our daughter and a corn snake for our son, both with full setups. They had an answer to every question we had and the shop, albeit small, is full of anything you could need. If your looking for a reptile, this is the place to go.

I can't thank Meg enough, I visited the shop with a client who was scared of spiders, I had already done one hypnotherapy session with her and she wanted to confirm her fear had gone. Meg was so helpful, explaining about the different spiders, after a while myself and my client were holding a large spider in our hands. During this time she continued to serve customers.
