R. W.My kids really enjoyed the atmosphere there, they grabbed what they wanted no fuss. Much easier to shop there rather than online.
D. J.Just a typical toy store. My wife ordered a xbox game online (sonic generations) for my son and we went to collect it. Friendly staff. My only gripe is that I had to show ID to collect the game. Not only had to show ID but my wife's ID as she was the one who ordered the game. As my wife is disabled and find it very difficult to walk (that's why I was getting it) I had to send my son out to get her ID. Even the person behind the checkout said it was a silly policy.
O. S.Getting car seats for triplets (yes triplets) didnt know which one to get to but assiant called tess was helpful patient and kind. Highly recommended as the staff are very friendly.

S. R.Very large selection and some very good prices. I make a point of checking the price of everything against Amazon, in most cases, they come out with better prices. Helpful staff BUT sometimes a staff member can be hard to come by-they have allot of staff but not enough at the Christmas period to cover the shop. Last time I checked, the customer toilet was in a poor state!
P. T.Excellent range of children's toy's. All the famous TV characters on display. It really is a children's paradise and you should be able to find any toy you are looking for. Price's are reasonable and lower than many being sold online via Amazon's website.
m.Went to Smyth's toy store in Cardiff to purchase a Harry Potter invisible cloak the gentleman who was a staff member in there was very helpful he found the cloak for me which I couldn't seem to find.
The invisible cloak is truly amazing well worth the money my grandchildren have had lots of fun with it. I think my husband's having more fun because when people call to or house he shows it to everyone!.
Great product I would recommend to everyone.

Large store full of new and classic toys with everything from board games to books, and bike to swings.
A decent computer games section with a dedicated counter, a wide range of ride-ons and outdoor play and a decent selection of baby accessories (pram, cots car seats and beds).
This store has a good book section as well as the usual ranges of toys you'd expect from any good retailer.
There is ample parking and a good selection of shops in the same retail park.
There are disabled parking spaces but be warned, there are no customer toilets!
K.Large toy store with a massive amount of choice in toys and video games. Prices can be quite high but do some times have some good deals. Staff are helpful. Parking is free but can be difficult during busy times.
C. W.Great shop for toys , both indoor and out . A good range of car seats and items for younger children. Also good range of bikes and scooters etc . Staff are friendly and helpful and prices are competitive.
I.Do not go here Saturday morning / afternoon... It's like the ninth circle of hell! But then again, what Toy Shop isn't? Outside of that it's a pretty well stocked toy shop that will undoubtedly have what you are looking for. So much Lego. So much...
W. R.This smyths toys is a bigger store than some of the others with loads to offer from toys to bikes. The car park is a good size as it needs to be because of the other stores at this location plus easy for those in wheelchairs.
There's one downside and that is I can find products online with smyths that are the same but cheaper.

F.I found some of the staff was very rude, one more so a small woman with red hair and a very strong welsh accent she spoke to me very rudely on customer service, but at least there was one very helpful and friendly girl there it said on her name badge tori, she helped me find a number of items, when I was looking for a member to help me for about 10 mins then I came across this girl very helpful in need the other staff she take her lead, and smile more be polite to the customers not si and shout.
