I'm not usually very excited about carpet shops, but the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy, and fitted us in the following day to have the new carpet laid. They were really helpful on email prior to visiting, too. The fitter who came the next day was superb and very fast. Would use again.

Great service. I needed carpet fitted at very little notice, they didn't have space to fit me in for another week or so. The manager came out and fitted the carpets on his day off which saved me alot of stress. In honesty I was clueless as this is my first home, I was given good advice and am very pleased with the carpet.

Fantastic service - I needed to replace all the carpets in my house so I went into the shop to have a look around. Now I'm known for being indecisive but luckily Nathan was there to help and advise me - he was very professional and recommended some lovely carpets (which I am extremely pleased with). On all occasions the fitters turned up on time and did a fantastic job! I found the prices very reasonable for the quality of the carpet. I would highly recommend a decent underlay, it makes a huge difference as I have found out. I will definitely use them again. Thanks

Called today since needed emergency carpeting and spoke to Lee who sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use United Carpets again in the future because of his excellent help...well done Lee, great!!

Over the last few years I've bought carpets and flooring from United Carpets many times for my rented property. The service is always great and the price better than I'd get elsewhere. With the fitting service I've always found them to do a good job and the one time I did have an issue with 2 floor bars they came back within 2 days to get it fixed. Would recommend them.

The service started in the store, the advice I received was excellent, arranged a call out, again excellent service. Ordered the carpets, for the hallway, living room and bedroom, arranged a fit date. Day of fitting, the fitters rang me and gave me an approx time of arriving, which they arrived at that time. The two filters were excellent, very good at fitting the carpets as expected, two really good guys, worth their weight in gold. My brother recommended them, now I'm recommending them, first class service throughout. Thank you so much the team from United Carpets.

I had an earlier quote from another company, went to United Carpets and theirs was almost 50% cheaper! Went with them, living room and bedroom....100% satisfied. The showroom lady was superb, the measuring man was fantastic and the two carpet layers were absolute professionals, nothing too much trouble, did the two rooms, working round cupboards and beds like lightning. Their skill was something to behold, the fitting was faultless and two very nice guys......extremely impressive. I would unhesitatingly recommend the company, brilliant service from entering the showroom to the finished product. Andy Thompson

Not the biggest flooring shop . however very professional and if you are anything like myself still working on feet and inches they are very helpful even giving me a drawing of how to work out the cutting when I bought the carpet for my stairs plenty of choice in carpets flooring as well as kitchen lanolium. Competively priced well worth a visit

Thank you for your comments Mrs James. As explained the ONLY time that we can guarantee for fitting is around 9am. i.e a 1st call. You requested after 10.30am. Due to the carpet fitters other work he did not reach you until 11.30, but he did call you at 8.45am to notify you that he would be there at approximately 12 noon, which is of course after 10.30am as requested. Mr Richards, The advertising states FREE FITTING when you purchase the equal quantity of Underlay. Not free fixtures and fittings when you buy the carpets. Mr Jeffs, We have no record of you on our system in Cardiff? Sorry. However I can assure you that the fitting teams that we have here now, all work to the highest standards possible, and collectively have over 135 years worth of experience Mr Wright, thank you for your comments,

Carpets bought and fitted by United carpets, for 2 bedrooms, stairs and landing, can't fault them..customer service and fitters excellent. Fitters turned up when expected and did a fantastic job.

I Have always used united carpets in all my properties have always have done a brilliant job the staff in store are brilliant and I always get to speak too a lovely lady called Pam who manages to meet my needs of flooring and makes sure I’m 100% sure and offers me to come down in to store to make sure I like what I have picked.brilliant service all round all staff members are very nice but Pam though is my favourite sorry guys.keep up good work👌
