Staff are absolutely fantastic, especially Matt and ‘the angry northerner’ (Steve?) who nearly always deal with me. They’ve been very helpful in advising me to ditch geek bars and to move onto ‘proper’ vapes whilst also arguing the environmental benefits of this. Cannot stress how good Zapp and the staff are. Great service. Ordered some ecig liquid using Royal Mail 1st class service which by their reckoning is 1-3 days and is the aim of Royal mail only so no guarantees. However Zapp knew that I might get my delivery after Christmas and instead arranged special delivery at no extra cost to me which was a very thoughtful gesture. My good old koko vape has lasted me 2 years but I can't get them anymore. Just wanted to thank the guys for a first class service. I’ve just increased the strength of my liquids and wanted to know about the right coil and tank to use. I emailed late on Friday night, not really expecting a response for some time but they did answer me at 11am the next day inviting me in. When I did come in, the guy I spoke to (and I really should have made a note of his name) went through everything with me and recommended a brilliant tank and coil. Excellent service, as first timers looking into vaping the staff here took significant time to explain everything, answer all our questions and help us try different devices. Whilst deciding which devices to buy we tried a few other shops and nowhere else matched Zapp for knowledge, interest and patience. Yes, you could buy a bit cheaper online, but if you want to try devices/flavours, need advice or want a shop that you can return to then Zapp is the place to go.
