Professional service. The Grooms room suited 5 groomsman, 5 usher boys and the Groom. Tyndall was great from start to finish. We chopped and changed our decision just a few times but nothing was too much to ask. Appointments were flexible and catered for those who work 9-5. We found this extremely helpful as we visited multiple times for everyone to get sized up to make sure we was 100% We was always kept in the loop till the very last minute when collecting the suits. The wedding season has been crazy this year but they have managed it very well and we’re very honest with us about timings and expectations. We would highly recommend the Grooms Room 🤵‍♂️

I honestly had the most wonderful experience when choosing my wedding dress at Abigail’s. Having had a not-so-nice experience elsewhere only made me appreciate how incredible the team are at Abigail’s even more. The bridal suite is so private making the experience so much more personal, you’re welcomed with chilled Prosecco and made to feel like a real VIP. I was instantly made to feel at ease by Claire, who was so kind and sweet and really wanted to make sure my experience was a great one, whether I found THE dress or not. Like all members of the team there, Claire was so lovely and genuine and helpful - I actually ended up wearing her pick on my wedding day! Have already recommended Abigail’s to numerous people and will 100% continue to do so! We also got our suits from the Grooms Room via Rob and Tyndall. Where you are also treated like a VIP, with beer on arrival and more suit options than you can ever imagine. They also added some additional personal changes to the grooms suit to make him stand out. Despite having groomsmen all over Europe self-measuring, and a couple of pieces not being 100% perfect from the supplier, the team there were so helpful and made sure that everything was rectified and absolutely spot on before the big day, Tyndall acted without any hesitation at all when ordering in extra pieces to make sure we had what we needed. The gents all looked so smart in their suits and all fit perfectly on the big day. Compliments were flying around everywhere!

I can not recommend Abigail’s collection and the grooms room enough! My dress was from here and so was my partners suits and all the groomsman’s suits too! The customer service was excellent and was more than we both could have asked for throughout the whole process. When I went to pick my dress last year I took my mum and my Nan with me and we was all offered drinks and made to feel so comfortable which was so reassuring after a previously bad experience at a different shop. The dress itself was STUNNING & the suits that we hired was so smart and amazing quality! If you’re looking for your wedding dress or looking for suits then don’t hesitate to go here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Abigail’s Collection was the first wedding dress shop I had ever been to and I was very nervous about whether I would feel comfortable and enjoy the experience after building it up in my head for so long. I needn’t have worried at all as everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was helped by Charlotte on the day and she was amazing at listening to what parts of the dresses I liked and didn’t like and helped guide me towards the perfect dress while also making me feel in full control. She even made the time to call me a few days later after I messaged the store to make a last minute change to my order. I went with the Groom’s Room to get my suit for our wedding in June. I wanted to buy my own suit, rather than hire, whilst my groomsmen didn’t live in Essex, so they got their suits elsewhere. The Groom’s Room made the process nice and simple, where they showed me a lot of designs and samples to choose from. I visited the store three times, once to pick the design, once to be measured nearer the time, and then again to pick up the final suit and try on. Each time I visited, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was an honour being invited to my niece’s experience of finding the dress of her dreams. We were welcomed as we entered the store and notified that Charlotte would be our consultant. Within a couple of minutes Charlotte entered and warmly greeted us all. During the start of the consultation Charlotte put my niece at ease and made her totally relax and enjoy the whole experience. As part of her entourage we were treated to nibbles and bubbles whilst dresses were tried on. Charlotte was an absolute star of a consultant to us advising and helping the bride-to-be throughout. A truly remarkable wedding experience 🥺 The most hard working & dedicated team I've ever met! 💕 For me as a bride I was so anxious going to try on dresses as I genuinely didn't know what I like. Not only did the girls help me find my dream dress they knew me better than I knew myself. I won't spoil the surprises, but the little touches are so special they completely cover all basis for you. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience yesterday! After a disappointing experience at another shop, we were a bit apprehensive but were welcomed in and treated so well! From drinks and gifts, to staff members constantly praising and making compliments. We used the grooms room for our wedding suits. Our initial consultation for fantastic and we were so pleased with the suits we chose. Unfortunately there were some issues with delays to suits coming into the store before the wedding day. We had a few issues with communication from the shop and the grooms custom suit didn’t arrive until just 3 days before the wedding. However, that said, we cannot praise the grooms room staff enough for how they got everything sorted after the delays - we had all the suits in time, they all fitted and they looked amazing. They even went the extra mile to alter the grooms suit there and then within 20 mins so we could take it home. On the day, one of our groomsmen’s trousers split and they came to the venue with a new pair so quickly - what unbelievable service! We were very impressed overall with the grooms Room and would recommend them for wedding suits.

We had a fantastic experience with Abigail's Collection & The Grooms Room. The girls at my bridal appointment were wonderful - they patiently let me switch between two dresses several times until I made up my mind. There was never any pressure for a sale or to rush my decision. I was nervous when it came to picking up my dress but they calmed me down and were incredibly reassuring. They recommended a wonderful seamstress to do the couple of minor alterations required and helped with advice on selling my dress afterwards. Similarly, my husband had a great experience at The Grooms Room. He only wanted to hire a waistcoat to wear with his own suit but they gave him as much time and attention as if he'd been decking out a whole wedding party. Would highly recommend.

The most wonderful bridal experience! The visit literally exceeded all of my expectations. We were welcomed by SJ who was amazing throughout the whole appointment. After quite a disappointing experience at another bridal shop I was very nervous for my appointment at Abigail's. I had already been following their instagram account for a while so I know I had nothing to worry about but I just couldn't get it out of my head that I wouldn't ever be able to find the dress for me. On arrival I was greeted and felt very welcomed by Charlotte, I was with my Mum and Nan and we were all ready with masks and all! A few minutes later Sophie came to meet us and take us down to the beautiful bridal room where there was prosecco on ice and some lovely goodies for me to take home. I instantly felt at ease with Sophie she was so amazing and spent the time getting to know me. I was given four tokens to pick four dresses to try on, I already knew one dress I wanted to try so Sophie dug that one out for me then myself, mum and nan all picked one each. As a bride on the curvy side I didn't feel embarrassed at all with Sophie and was more than happy to bare all as I know she didn't care. When I tried on the first dress I was in tears straightaway at the reveal and Sophie was nearly crying herself, I really felt a bond with her in that moment and it's something I don't think I'll forget. I still tried on the other three dresses but still ended up choosing dress one as I had that amazing bridal moment. I can't thank Sophie and the whole gang at Abigail's for such a beautiful experience. I cannot wait to collect my dress, fingers crossed it fits!!!

On my first visit I had my appointment with SJ who looked after me throughout the whole wedding dress experience. Her knowledge and advice was excellent. SJ was so lovely and made me feel so special that after months of dreading dress shopping this was a day I knew I would enjoy. After finding my dress on my first visit, SJ phoned me throughout the coming months to keep me updated on everything and to make sure everything was running smoothly. After such fantastic service we also arranged for my husband and my father to have bespoke suits made and we also found our bridesmaids gowns here too. Everyone looks incredible on the wedding day and we had so many lovely comments on the dresses and suites. Sometimes the little things are the biggest things and when we received a wedding card from everyone at Abigails collection and the grooms room to wish us a happy wedding day it shows you how dedicated they are to giving fantastic customer service to their brides and grooms and it's not just about buying a wedding dress or a suit, it's about the whole bridal experience and one that each bride and groom should come here to experience. Phoned up Rob on Wednesday to see if he could help us for a wedding for the Saturday! He was more than happy to help out and I went in a fitting the next morning. Was extremely impressed by his ability to help find what would fit me by just his eye which differed to my actual measure sizes from previously. Myself and all the Groomsmen were impressed by the quality and the comfort of the suits. He even helped us get some extras to help with the fit as due to the short notice most could not come into the store to check the fit. Would definitely recommend to those grooms that what to feel like they are important on the day too and want to look up to scratch for your brides!

I managed to find my dress here and wow was the experience special. I'd had a rough time finding the dress I felt made me feel entirely me for my wedding day and arrived feeling nervous and deflated. I showed SJ photos of the dresses that were nearly perfect and she knew exactly what to suggest right away. The dress I've ordered is incredible (and comfortable) and I cant stop thinking about how much I want to wear it on my wedding day. I can't recommend SJ enough, she knows so much about cuts and detailing and she was the perfect person to help me find my dream dress! Tips for future brides though, please be open to suggestion. The ladies who work here see hundreds of woman of a variety of shapes and sizes and know their designers like the back of their hand. Trust them :) they know what they're doing :)

Abigail's Collection is the Best wedding shop in town! The girls in the bridal shop and the guys in the grooms room are all so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted when out shopping for my perfect wedding dress but I knew as soon as I stepped into Abigail's that I was in great hands! I picked out a handful of dresses but none of them were right, the girls then picked out dresses they thought would suit me and I fell in love with my dream dress. I also bought my bridesmaids dresses from Abigail's and my groom has also had a suit made for him and hired all suits for the grooms party! Abigail herself is amazing and so helpful, she goes above and beyond just a shop where you buy a dress from and she really does take care of you... just like all of the staff here! 100% recommend any Bride or Groom to make an appointment at Abigail's collection, you really won't regret it!

Abigail's Collection was the first and only bridal shop I have visited, mainly because I had heard raving reviews about the service. I cannot explain how amazing the service is I have received from the team at Abigail's. From the moment I walked through the door I was made welcome. Buying my wedding dress was very nerve wracking but SJ made me feel so welcome and helped me find my perfect dress. Since finding my dress, I have asked for a couple of appointments to show my maid of honour and to try on accessories and the team have been so accommodating to ensure I can have an appointment to suit everyone. I cannot recommend Abigail's Collection enough to all future brides. Having visited numerous bridal shops with no luck I was starting to despair! However, as soon as I walked in the welcoming store of Abigail's Collection I started to feel more positive! All of the wonderful ladies who work here were incredibly lovely, and listened to everything I had to say about what I liked/dislike and what I felt worked for me/didn't work for me. In addition though they also gave great advice. Truly honest people too! One dress I thought to try on was outside of my budget and I was told immediately so as not to try it on and then be disappointed. Once I had choosen my stunning 'White Rose' bridal gown, which was ordered to my exact bust, waist and hip measurements, the service continued to be outstanding. The ladies were in touch to give me updates and were always happily on the other end of the phone to answer any of my questions. When my dress arrived 8months later, I was again not disappointment by the quality of service and products available in the accessories department. Joanna was particular amazing on this visit! As I left with my dress on this day I thought that was our final goodbye but several weeks later Abigail's were of yet more service.... they arranged for an additional swatch of my dress material so that my florist could match colours. And just a few weeks before our big day; we received a very thoughtful card wishing my husband and I a magically wedding day. Could not recommend Abigail's Collection highly enough. Has to be experienced by every bride in my opinion. Thank you ladies!

Wow! What an amazing experience I had with my 15 year old daughter when we went in search of a prom dress. My daughter was treated as if she was a bride-to-be. It is very expensive but we had a really lovely time when trying on dresses for my friend's wedding. We paid £25 and were given a room with 3 walls of dresses, a sofa, and a changing room. I can not recommend Abigail's collection enough! It was the first wedding dress shop that I had made an appointment with and I walked away with my dream wedding dress. How many other brides can say that?! I first met Nicola (I'm really hoping I've got your name right, blonde hair and also getting married) at the Vaulty Manor wedding fair and she was so lovely and put me at complete ease straight away. I'm a plus size lady and the thought of standing in my underwear in front of a total stranger trying on dresses was my worst nightmare. In fact going wedding dress shopping was the last thing on my mind. However Nicola put me at complete ease and explained that I'd get a private room, glass of wine/tea etc and get to try on as many dresses as I wanted which sounded perfect and I booked in straight away. I thought if the girls at Abigail's collection were anything like Nicola, then i knew that I'd be in safe hands. In the lead up to my appointment I was extremely nervous and if I'm honest was thinking of excuses I could call up with to get out of my appointment as I was absolutely dreading it. I wish I'd have saved myself all the worry & stress though, as from the minute I met SJ she was extremely welcoming and settled my nerves instantly. She made me a cup of fruit tea and we began trying on dresses, I had that much fun that I didn't even get to drink my tea haha. SJ has that aura about her that makes you warm to her instantly. It was like I already knew her rather than having just met her. I didn't question the way I looked once whilst stood in front of her in my underwear as she didn't judge me whatsoever and made me feel so comfortable. I honestly can not recommend her enough. She made my first wedding dress experience such an amazing one and if it wasn't for her, I honestly believe that I wouldn't have found my dream dress. She made it such an enjoyable experience and I love how honest she is and how she joins in with the whole excitement of it all. I knew I had found 'the one' as soon as I put it on simply from the look on SJ's face, that and the fact my mum was crying before I even came out from behind the curtain haha I enjoyed it that much that I can't wait to come back and see SJ with my bridesmaids and I'm looking forward too my accessories appointment next year. He was very knowledgeable, professional and collaborative. We had plenty of time to try on different suits and combinations. The price was very transparent, and for the quality and service, very reasonable. The Groom's Room offer large exclusive rooms for the whole party to get suited. This adds to the wedding experience. The girls have their time during dress shopping, its great for us guys to experience the same. We had a fairly large party, 9 of us. But all comfortably fit in the room with complimentary drinks and again not at all rushed! It was a great chance for the grooms party to meet/catch up. We made a day of it. Another key benefit of The Groom's Room, is the suit pick up and return. All suits were available 1 week prior to our wedding day, and all labelled. Rob went through everything available, what styles could be put together etc. After many outfit changes, ideas and thoughts from Rob, my partner found the suit for our wedding day and it is absolutely perfect. Like most guys I don't really comprehend why wedding stuff has to be so expensive and so complicated. My suit shopping experiences had all sucked, with limited ranges and availability and unhelpful staff. Until I visited The Groom's Room. I don't normally bother giving written reviews but let's just say I went in with not much hope, but was ushered into a fitting room without much delay, helped by a very friendly member of staff who was able to quickly narrow down my choices from a massive range of options and I was all done and out of there in under an hour for far less money than I expected. They even offered free drinks including beer! My god I wish I'd come here first. That's one less wedding thing for me to be nagged about! I might go back and say I have another wedding planned just for more free beer.

Great suits and fitting service, would have rated this 5 stars, but when I tried on my suit at home my Waistcoat was totally the wrong size and 3 buttons were broken, this was replaced in a couple of days, but obviously annoying and worrying as the wedding was only 6 days away, I assume this was just a one off mistake. But I would suggest you check your suits before you take them away. Never-the-less I would still recommend The Groom's Room.

From 1st contact they are so professional, warm and friendly and really make you feel special… and as for the dresses… wow they have a fantastic selection of beautiful unique dresses…I was lucky enough to have Sarah and Kelly help me find ‘the dress’ they really made me feel comfortable, welcome and at ease. Kelly was amazing and such a beautiful person who knew exactly how to guide me and really felt like a friend going though this journey with me … can’t wait to pick up my dress and see the girls again.
