One item I had ordered was discontinued so they rang me to offer an alternative. This was a slightly higher price but they honoured the lower price of the original item I ordered. This item then arrived the following day.

The prices are very good, I ordered a paper trimmer that was at least £20 cheaper than other companies. The recycled Navigator paper is really good quality. I will use this company again - the only downside is that I had a voucher code for free chocolates with my order and they didn't arrive :(
P. A.This was a two part order (embossing stamp). The lady on the phone at Office Stationery was very helpful (I used the 01376 number) and the voucher arrived from OS on time. I have subsequently spoken to the OEM who were also very helpful and I was able to complete the order on-line the same day (although the voucher code didn't work they accepted the order via email). I haven't received the stamp yet but so far so good.
